We were there to meet the owner who is going to supply his waitstaff, 10 servers and 3 bartenders just tonight, with our kilts as their uniform. We were also asked to start supplying the largest company in the Midwest that rents kilts while we were there. I think that deserved a drink. All of this was by an invitation from the Manager. Time well spent.
