  • Reardless of whether we call it a mantra or a mission statement, usually an 'about' page of companies` web site is a fundamental thing to get right. When looking at new and especially enterpreneural start ups, I can see the mantra trend pick up over the longer mission statement (if it havent so far).

I stubled upon Notion Ink`s Adam mission statement featring this part :"..pushing computing devices towards singularity". Short and effective and can be reworked as a mantra.

  • Did you practise martial arts?

  • hey great idea - love and will implement however I do believe that in order to get to the mantra you have to ask your self questions that will help you syntethise it to a clear mantra working on a mission as a way to getting a mantra is I think the best way. Do not share the mission share the mantra but the process of writing a mission is valuable in order to ask yourself questions that you might not have asked THANK YOU WONDERFUL AND TRUE TO WHERE THE WORLD IS GOING

  • An alternative view - a mantra - that makes sense!

  • This is so important. I'm sharing this video with all my new clients.

  • Dilbert rulez

  • Stole this example, word for word, from the Microsoft video on mission statements...

  • It seems you have not done your homework properly. Go read who "Guy Kawasaki" is, then you will know that Microsoft copied this, not the other way around. Pity your limited knowledge and hollow comments.
