the problem i have is it says that when i do the right click on cmd thing and run as administator it comes up i need a passwordfor administrator and cant continue without it but i dont know it do you know how to fix that ???

@budbimmer88 try booting into safe mode and then either disabling the password or changing it . If that dont work i suggest making a password reset disc in which you will have to boot from the disc on startup to use it let me know if this helps

@klemi121 if you dont have a password set that you made then just push enter what OS you on not that it matters to do what we need to but i can easier help you through what you have been asked for
