This great and wonderful direct action plan that is thought to be a joke by anybody of credentials. Just imagine Joe Hocky manageing the finances now withe GFC. Him and his huge black hole in the oppositions budget. Spin you say you are joking!!!

  • LOL!

  • Hahaha! So funny! So true! That's why I vote Greens, every time.

P.s I love it when people say the labour party is socialist I get a good laugh =D

  • @MrJarth I hope Gillard taxes your smokes and drink and your power and water bills go even higher with her carbon tax you little bit.ch

  • @megadak123 ahaha i dont smoke who do you think i am? (i bet u didn't you know it is bad for your health :D)

FACT: everything goes up always untill it doesn't, world death rates go up, people born goes up, rape crimes goes up, people recieving presents on cristmas goes up. FYI everthing goes up nothing can ever remain the same ( a common liberal dream) if by raising tax's i am reducing green house emitions then i'm happy. Btw please look up what the carbon tax is, I dont think you know. Thanks

  • @MrJarth I hope you look forward to paying more for everyday things, and I hope you enjoy your costs going up higher and higher, and that you feel good your paying for your air to breath under this redheaded chinless dork for pm

  • @megadak123 ever heard the saying 'ignorance is bliss'?

    I think not

in response to your idiotic commentI

I look foward to change whether it is good or bad. You only mention the protential bad things spun by paranoid fools scared of terrorists and waking up tomorrow dead. I'm sure your an abbott fan :( . Personally he reminds me exactly of george w bush before he was elected and we all saw that happened there (or you didn't which explains alot) Did you look up the carbon tax?

  • @MrJarth blah blah blah blah blah did your mum and Dad tell you that?

  • @megadak123 lol the fact you dont listen to reason says alot :)

I am sure u will never look stuff up for yourself so there is no point telling you anything.

    this convocation is over.

"Stubborn and ardent clinging to one's opinion is the best proof of stupidity".

    -Michel de Montaigne-

  • whats the use of debating with you when you've got no idea like all fools and all the sheep who vote for these Commy Socialists It was Mr Dudd replaced by another Dudd in Gillard the fat chinless redheaded dork bit.ch Do you like her stupid hand waving when she talks shit out of her mouth on tv?

  • @megadak123 lololol! commy wow your mind is twistered.

no idea? tell me how i have no idea

The fact you rely on derogatory names like a primary school child proves you have no idea. show me the facts that things are going up. show me the facts, how is the labour party is communist?

The fact is you dont know shit, just admit it.

  • @MrJarth Your a waste of time your probably one of these little smart ass buble car bitches that drives around like a fool,no ones going to waste their time with you, your time to learn the hard way will come with the other sheep, enjoy Julia Gillards stupid hand waving and stopping signs shes full of shit and she makes no sense and talks like a fkn imbarrasement and just talks smudge language that puts people to sleep

  • @megadak123 Show me the facts you stated earlyer. Ohhh wait you can't because you made them up. Just admit you don't know what you are talking about.

    Just admit it.

  • @FalkenBest LOL!!!!!

  • and the biatch got burned :) sweet

  • End the spin- vote Green

  • I love the Labor no matter what, Vote for labor, i don't care anything.

  • @myo007 Yes its all a lot of hot air and mostly destorted lies. and the scary part about it is. people actually take the lies as fact. you only have to read some of the peoples comments that believe the lies. i read today that our electricity bill will be $8,000 to $12,0000 dollars under this carbon tax. its absolutely garbage. Nothing suprises me under the liberal party. I wont want to live in australia if the liberal party get back in because of these lies

  • @theblackash - when the coalition return to power, i'll be happy to drive you to the airport. I'll even toss in an English dictionary and a copy of Catch22.

  • @OzDelphi It will be another 10 years away yet. Gillard has a very strong lead over toni abbott and it will stay strong for years to come. So you liberalites will have to keep going with the lieing the decieving misleading and the scare tactics. But most aussies will see through it. So that trip is a long way off i wont have to pack anytime soon. But thanks for the offer.

  • @theblackash, the Carbon Tax will be the final nail in the coffin of this Labor/Green coaltion government. Oh, and btw, why is your spelling so bad? How old are you?

  • @OzDelphi I disagree 100 pecent. i think you are completely disregarding the fact that most australians agree we should stop killing our planet with pollution and we should act and act now. The scare tactics was working for a while but the majority can see through all the scare tactics and the acts of bastardry from the opposition.

  • @theblackash, you truly are out of touch with reality. Opposition to the Carbon Tax is growing. For example, Paul Howes, national secretary of the Australian Workers' Union, says "I now appreciate just how upset workers are about the carbon tax" and "If one job is gone, our support is gone".

  • @OzDelphi No i am not out of touch with reality at all. If anyone is out of touch with reality its you. The whole world is moving on this not just australia. We will have a carbon tax even if toni abbott got in we would of had one. the only difference is had abbott got in labor would of supported abbott on this issue rather than opposing it. You think because abbotts oposing it and a very small majority with extremist views . Its imperitive we act on pollusion

  • @theblackash, Paul Kelly in the Australian; "The omens are now unmistakable - the government's effort to price carbon is a policy that is losing support in the community, within industry, inside the trade union movement and silently within the Labor Party."

  • @OzDelphi Abbott wanted a carbon tax prior to the government announcing it. he only wants to make this the issue because it will cost labor some votes. but you would have to be insane not to think climate change is not an issue. They have been talki8ng about this since bob hawke was in power. and julia has decided to act . and i agree with her. we will be compensated but the polluters will pay the price.

  • @theblackash - Did you see "Federal Labor looks dead and buried" by pro Labor Laurie Oakes?

... On Gillard's push for a price on carbon, the report says: "Gillard announced the carbon tax without any serious attempt to explain how it will work, how much it will cost and what the benefits will be.

... The Labor MP, admitting he and his colleagues are as much in the dark as voters, complained: "How can I defend the Government's position on carbon tax when I don't know what it is?"

  • @theblackash, former Labor MP Gary Johns in The Australian:

... Australia is now in the end game for pricing carbon. Pricing seemed like a good idea 10 years ago: it is now looking very sick.

... the Gillard government walks headlong to its political death with its Climate Change Minister Greg Combet spruiking nonsense.

... Combet, the Climate Institute, and the Climate Change Department are knowingly feeding the electorate complete bunkum.

  • @OzDelphi Dont believe everything you read in the paper. less than 10 pecent of what is said in parliment actually gets into the media.

  • @theblackash, your response was so .... banal.

  • @theblackash, did you see Grahame Richardson's article? "If you are a Labor voter anywhere in Australia, it is a joyless pursuit. Slaughtered in NSW, awaiting slaughter in South Australia, in disarray in Tasmania, on the edge in Queensland and already having lost in Western Australia and Victoria. The position is bleak and dismal. Looking federally for some uplifting news is a forlorn hope. The Gillard government is falling further behind and the prospects of recovery are fading."

  • @OzDelphi and to think it only took them 3 years to make such a complete and utter mess of things.

  • @OzDelphi ....we needs new voting system.....

  • @theblackash - Do you still think Labor will be in government for another 10 years? Oh boy, am I looking forward to the 2013 election! BTW, the offer to drive you to the airport after a coalition win still stands.

  • @OzDelphi If julia packs her bags i pack mine. and ill move to england. i like it over there anyway. ill only come back when labor is back in power. i refuse to live here under a liberal government. they suck. and i only seem to like labor ministers not librals altho i dont mind and i say that loosely. i dont mind malcolm turnbull

  • @likeagrin - bon voyage!

  • thats because pollys r muppets

  • By the way, the dramatic drop in arrivals after the introduction of TPV gives lie to the notion that most boat arrivals are genuinely seeking protection. We were still offering protection from persecution as we had previously, but they stopped coming. Why do you think that is?

  • The current number of arrivals by boat isn't a problem per se. The problem is what will happen if we are seen to not care about the issue. People smuggling is an industry and the unscrupulous operators profiting from it WILL keep expanding their operations and new operators will come to make their fortune util we shut this down. Should we do it now or wait until we are getting 30,000 a year?

  • @bruceharding68 Naturally people smuggling must be dealt with at its source, but when people are desperate to get out of a country they will do anything. Google an image of the boats they take; leaky; dangerous; and then take into consideration that people have paid life savings to get on them. Stop smugglers at source, but accept genuine asylum seekers. Even 30,000 a year isn't that bad (though an extreme possibility) - it may slow our productive capacity slightly, but to save peoples lives..!

  • You just don't get it. People are making a fortune selling citizenship in our country. There are an inexhaustible supply of customers and an inexhaustible supply of aspiring smugglers. The number or arrivals will increase and increase to WHATEVER IT TAKES TO RESULT IN ACTION. If you don't think 30,000 is a problem, you will get 30,000 and then some. Temporary protection takes away the smugglers product and gave us 3 boats a year. And it is humane.

  • Why does the Labor party keep touting the economy? They can say they kept us out of recession, but we all know that's not true. I've not come across a single person that agrees with that message, yet they continue to stick to that message, even with this 'real Gillard'. Is Labor trying to lose this election?

  • @TheTopBloke 5% unemployment compare to other place with 10% and 15% read a newspaper not printed by fairfax (MX a Melbourne paper its free) big business doesn't like it (why would that be)

  • @1969firefox I don't believe that number any more. There are are far too many businesses gone and far too many bitter drunks running around. Gillard even came out with some outrageous numbers like teen unemployment at 30+% and seniors at 25+%, as if it was such a tragedy caused by the other party, but her own party has been in power for three years. She's running this campaign as if she's not the incumbent, but everybody knows it. I don't read newspapers; MX or Fairfax, they're all propaganda.

  • @1969firefox A Free newspaper not a novel concept but when you get something for free you can consider it of little value at times. It is your choice whether you believe what is written in MX or NOT. But remember this Firefox the person who wrote the comments doesn't work for FREE. Nor are the advertisers of the MX Charged nothing to advertise in the MX. Its business as usual and you got duped into thinking everything is SO FRRE

  • @1969firefox Oh great put trust in the MX with its sections called venting by the populas. Trtouble is Firefox the Journos at MX don't write for FREE. They are actually employed. Nor do the Advertisers in the MX actual place adds in the MX for FREE. You like the journos in the MX are quiet welcomed to your opinion. But if you think Fairfax or News Corp are worried about a piddling little free bird cage liner like the MX forget it. Its business Firefox and you missed the boat and the point

  • I'm really trying to understand why Labor is making a big deal of a 1.5% tax increase to big business when they've been leading the push for a 40% tax on extracted minerals. Do they want to lose this election?

  • Can I ask all the people that care so much about the 'boat people', so that the liberals have put it as one of their top four priorities, how do they affect you in any way whatsoever?

  • @thediwall What?

  • @TheTopBloke Why do people care so much about the 'boat people'? Why have the liberals put it as one of their top four priorities? How have 'the boats' become such a big issue!?

  • @thediwall You should probably start by asking, why was it such a big deal to Labor when Libs were in power?

  • @TheTopBloke I imagine because they want the situation of very, very poor people fleeing from their homelands for fear of getting killed dealt with in a humanitarian way?

  • @thediwall So how is the Labor way of dealing with it any different than the Liberal way of dealing with it? So far I see the exact same thing. Both parties catch them and ship them off to desert islands.

  • @TheTopBloke as I said, I don't support Labour. What I do want to know is how refugees fleeing their homeland, for fear of death, affect people so much to make it such a massive issue...

All I'm saying is that surely it should be a small thing, dealt with on the mainland, in a humanitarian way, that shouldn't need to be a subject which potentially decides elections.

  • @thediwall If they reach the mainland then they must be given certain rights as refugees that they do not have when they are shipped off to desert islands. That is why they are intercepted. No matter who you vote for, the reality is this is not going to change. You have to change this hysterical small Australia policy first. Australia won't exist in twenty years time, simply because it is such a regressive country.

  • @TheTopBloke But why do people not want them given rights as refugees is my question! How does it affect them!?

  • @thediwall Xenophobia, ignorance, feelings of inadequacy due to small penis size? I'm not really sure.

  • @TheTopBloke Seems an adequate answer

  • @TheTopBloke I should also say quickly that I support The Greens, not Labour

  • Well, I liked this video till I saw all the racist and sexist comments it provoked >.>

  • @Neithie That doesn't make any sense.

  • Me Me Me Me Me Me.

" I'm proud be here, I'm proud to be a woman, I'm proud to be Prime Minister... I want everyone to look forward..." Julia Rudderless

Do't let Julia foolya - look forward to Emissions Tax, Mining Tax, higher prices for everything, more waste and more boat people.

  • @rsole3 No more insulting boat people plz thankyou

  • @rsole3 lol funny how do any of those issues dirrectly affect you? do u work for a mining company? it's an missions trading scheme not a tax (look it up) you will pay high prices for everything under lib or lab or greens or the gun party, get used to it. more waste? wtf? and once again i dont see how boat people affects you, unless of course, if you are a Xenophobe

  • FUCK Julia is an ugly cunt of a rang. i hope the losers that voted this gov;t in, think twice at this election.

  • @ravsic It's impossible to think twice of you have not first thought once.

  • This was awesome. If beaker supports the ALP I will too !

  • whichever fail political organisation you choose for out of the big two.. i say vote 1 greens and preference the soft, no dynamic policy talkers second..

Atleast that way they will know that there are some things they are doing wrong.

  • @MrCoconutCurry What?

  • Ok you got me convinced. I'm voting Labor!

  • In a reworded version of a recent American President, "It's not what I can do for my country, but what my country can do for ME, ME, ME!" Read all about Kevin Bungle and remember Red Julie was part of the decisons made, and has now inherited the whole lot! The other inheritance was a budget surplus! All gone.

  • @wambangura The surplus is from when john howard sold all the countries assets. Just think about that

  • Absolutely brilliant - and scarily true!

  • I love this. It truly demonstrates the hopeless dysfunctionality at the heart of the Rudd Gillard government. the sooner they are gone the better

  • It's time to move forward with working families damnit!

  • As stupid as the liberal party ad's, except the liberals were just a low blow...I face palmed watching kevinolemon

  • both parties are shit at the moment

  • T'was funny

  • Sounds like mean, mean, mean - which is what this copyright infringement is - mean!

  • Global warming is as stupid as the current belief that there was one super contienent that split apart and floats, you all need to realise modern science is all wrong at the basic level, take a look on you tube at the expanding world theory before you jump in and start agreeing with modern science, and before you atact the theory think about it for a while, it makes more sence than anything current, but I add that if you believe in a god then you are already fucked and ignorant so don't bother

  • @marsape that makes no sence all evidence points to the super contienent

look up fossil evidence pangea on google. It should explain there

  • I vote labor because I support the development of small business, removing government funded services such as paid maternal leave makes hiring woman between the ages of 20 to 35 almost impossible from a financial perspective.

    -

This will re-open gender inequality in the work place as small business affects the rest of the market, if you take away 30% of the workforce you greatly reduce the growth of the economy.

    -

Small business is the backbone of the economy.

  • Vote Beaker, Not Goolia. How dare you insult beaker.

  • so true

  • Haha, bar the shitty effects at the start that was awesome!

  • Comparing the ALP to Beaker is an insult...........to beaker.

  • @hqlion Bahaha! Agreed!

  • Awesome :P

  • Someone wise once said "If Julia and the Labor Party is the Answer... It must have been a BLOODY STUPID QUESTION"

  • u stole this from the muppets youtube

  • The Liberal has just announced its broadband policy.Every household will receive 2 flags and a semaphore booklet.

  • i want my two minutes back what a woft

  • How can we vote for people who caused the deaths of young people because of the instalation scheme -.-

  • @JimBobInc You have to be kidding. The Labour Party didn't cause the deaths, it was the greedy buggers who couldn't wait to rort the system and make a few bucks. No training, no conscience, just a quick money grab. Yes, it probably could have been better managed, but at least Labour was trying to DO something. Unlike ten years of no infrastructure and denial about global warming.

  • @wwilko21

We have no need to deny global warming as it has been proven time and time again by countless scientists of authority that it's either a fallacy or will happen very, very slowly over the next 100 million years or so.

  • @DJFriction Really! Don't know what "scientists" you are listening to, but I was with a group of scientists from 60 different countries that went down to the south pole in 2006, and some of the changes that are happening are going on so fast that it's scary. Some of them were told not to relate their information to the others on board. Don't know if the information is availible on line, BROKE-WEST was the "mission" name.

  • @JimBobInc how about the snowy mountain scheme...you gonna say that because hundreds died it was a bad idea? people die building infrastructure...it is normal

  • @abbdoa good point

  • The title is a rhetorical question. No one in their right mind should vote Labor.

  • @abbdoa der..its from barnabyjoyces department retardo... your a sucker for abbotts spin... you really want to go back to the 1950s...?

  • @Interactivesystems thank you for your well thought out argument there, you did a good job of sounding like an idiot. Australia was in a much better financial position with Liberal, it took Howard a lot of time and energy to bring us back from Labor's major economic fuckup and now Liberal is going to have to do that again thanks to K-Rudd.

  • @abbdoa remember the recession we had to have? do you remember the GFC? If you think social policies are not an issue, and abbotts views on such are really not important compared to pure hayekian economics...why not go back to the 1950s? ayn rand is there, and who gives a toss about workers rights, womens rights, gay rights, racial discrimination anyways right? crack out the coathanger im having an abortion..

  • @abbdoa Wow didnt realize we were the only country in the world destroyed by that thing called the "Global" financial crisis. Stop complaining and look at how good you have it, or go live in Greece for a month

  • @abbdoa So you would rather vote Abbot? you're the one not in your right mind.

  • @abbdoa correction nobody should vote for either this country is fucked

  • @GothicSoltrain Correction. labor are making a difference. Dont believe the bullshit scare tactics that abbott and co are telling you. they are after one thing that is power and we must not give it to them. They are not interested in any of these policies and julia is actually fair dinkum trying to make a difference those are the facts . every vote for abbott is an added embarressment for this country. Julia will make a difference. I am very proud of her. and so should you be

  • And that is why I vote Labor :)

  • Beaker only ever does himself in, not the Country as well... although do think maybe we need to see Julia having a bad hair day as well?

  • I'm 44 now so I've been through a few changes of government and when I look back I've always prospered under liberal/coalition whatever and struggled through labor. And the same can be said of the national economy, every bloody time labor stuffs it up and puts us all in debt. Dam them all, they're idiots.

  • @johnpr666 SO SO SO TRUE!!!

  • @johnpr666 how did they put us in debt when its a GLOBAL issue.

  • @MrJarth - Oh, so it wasn't the PM, Treasurer and Finance Minister who decided on a program of massive government spending, it was some mysterious "GLOBAL issue".

  • @OzDelphi Yup you got it :)

    It's catch 22

If they didn't spend the surplus i'm sure people would complain they didn't, when they could of used the money to save jobs. When they do spend it people say it was unnecessary, reckless and it make no difference. (When it obviously did)

  • @MrJarth - What utter garbage!

  • @OzDelphi I don't think you know what catch 22 is.

also the role of the opposition is to criticise everything the gov does, so even if they did it completely opposite it would still end in the same result. The spending was in reponse to the Global issue either they spent money or all forms of the economy would suffer.

  • @MrJarth - FYI, I read the book before you were even born. And you're just parroting the lies of this incompetent Government.

  • @OzDelphi Keep believing the lies the scare tactics and embarress us all by voting for abbott . You should be ashamed of yourself old man. we dont want to read about a book that was written about politics before we were born. it has nothing to do with the now.

  • @OzDelphi You dont understand the politics of today old man. you are very ignorant and have no clue what your talking about. this reckless spending was imperitive to save australian jobs . or we would of been in a major depression . And you probably are so ignorant you dont believe in climate change. the evidence is overwelming and we need to act and we need to act now.

  • Comment removed

  • Beaker never knifed anyone in the back!

  • The Liberal government "ass raped the economy"?!

    Um.... right, ok... interesting.

    See kids.... drugs are baaaaad.

  • garbage!!!!!!!!!!!

  • The sad part is its all true and they left a lot out.

  • yeh good luck with that....when tony abbot gets voted in and the liberals ass rape the economy again im sure youl be hiding under your bed pretending you never said anything

  • Hahaha I love this! Our whole family were labor voters but since the last month - we're no longer. Not keen on Liberal either so... anyone else want to run?? You have our vote!

  • @lurveit Family First have a lot of really sensible policy. I have voted Labor in the past, but this time, for the first time, I'll be voting for Family First.

  • @cavalierjon

But Family First are complete hypocrites who sought a preference deal from the Sex Party. You're wasting your vote on a dead horse.

  • Before you vote labor have a look at NSW, the worst run state in Australia. Now the federal labor party, which operates in the same way, kicking out our prime minister, will ruin this country. Vote liberal to get us back on track. I would expect every person that lives in NSW to vote against labor.......

  • Just a the mad monk and it makes the same sense

  • KLEVA!

  • I'll never be able to look at Gillard without thinking of Beaker again.

  • bwhahahah

  • Allthough this video is excellent we should not trivialize the coming elections. If Gillard and Greens get in we will get ETS, Mining tax and closure of coal power stations and thousands of unproductive illegals. It is possible to can have starvation in a land of plenty. Look at Zimbabwe and USSR both with some of the best soils in the world.

  • ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME

  • Absolute classic. Love it.

  • barnabyisright... lolwhat??

  • Julia Gillard as Beaker and Kevin Rudd as Professor Bunsen? classic!

  • Yes there are definitely strong links between politicians and muppets !!

  • "This is what we call The Muppet Show!"

  • @pistolypete - I protest your statement on behalf of Muppets everywhere!

  • @pistolypete : brilliant comment !! With 3 weeks of the bloody election campaign now completed .. & only two more weeks of this horrible political circus to endure .. I think you win this week's award for the best, most biting one-liner ..
