Something else I have noticed is that for 2 days a month I just don't seem to be able to eat enough. It's almost like nothing will satisfy my hunger. Followed by a day where everything I eat makes me nauseous.

My compliments to two of the sweetest spirits we have been blessed with on this planet. I used three of your recommended products today. I made low carb macroons with True Lemon (in place of lemon zest) and drizzled them with melted Chocoperfection and coconut oil. Yeppers. It was yummers.

Another great craving-buster is to take L-Glutamine. Especially with Heavy Cream. I have yet found something as effective as that. If you mix it with a little bit a of low-carb high protein chocolate shake powder you have a lovely chocolate-moose and the craving is something of the past. Guaranteed !
I find the longer I go on low carb the easier it gets. My weak point is Pizza. I'll treat that like an alcoholic treats drinking. I just know it is something I need to stay away from or I can easily relapse into bad habits. Beef jerky can be a good snack too.
Yeah...the "C" word. These are at the forefront of my mind, especially at night. I keep hearing that the cravings will get less intense as time goes on. I keep a little canister of almonds in my desk, thanks for the ideas guys. Good episode!
Wow, great video. You did a SUPER job, Christine. I just bought my first coconut oil and it is good! I ate a tablespoon of it and raised my protein intake today...and guess what....NO CRAVINGS today! Thanks, again!
