  • What happened to the owl, anybody know?

  • OMG. What idiot kids...

  • When i found a baby kestrel after a storm....i fed it and then took it to a bird sanctuary......it is still alive to this day........ps. if you touch a baby bird with ur hands...use some rubber gloves or at least wash ur hands to remove ur scent.....good job trying to help tho :) I live on a farm and deal with all sorts of this shit lol

  • By touching the bird, these kids are almost guaranteeing that it's mother would not take it back. This is NOT the correct approach here.

  • @darcbliss "...almost guaranteeing that it's mother would not take it back"

    That's incorrect

  • At first I thought that was a stick of dynamite o-o

  • what is with all the hate?

  • Poor owl..the adult in the video was supposed to have been caring and concerned for it & either put it back in his nest or called the wildlife people.

  • The little owl thinks "where am i-in hell?" ..seems that the baby freeze in fear :(

  • ALL I GOT TO SAY IS FUCK THESE LIL KIDS POKING THIS LIL HOMIE WITH A STICK. POKE THEM WITH A STICK IN THERE FUCKING EYE. SEE HOW THERE PUNK ASS PARENTS FEEL ABOUT THAT YOUTUBE VIDEO. bLESSINGS

  • @dropshop30 lolwut?

  • @dropshop30 It's a damn worm, they're trying to do good by FEEDING it. -.-"

  • If I found a baby owl I'd be PUMPED

  • Did somebody say: "IT'S SO FLAFFY!!!!" ?

  • I was reading the comments about "doesn't look well". That's because it is scared plus it is not used to being out in the day light. They will shut their eyes almost all the way so "you can't see them". I did read some good advice about speaking to a vet or a rehabber. That is probably best to do, all things considered.

  • We had one once. Ours loved raw chicken, and we managed to raise it until it finally flew away...

  • Not a baby owl. Adolescent owls have a furry down, all of this one's feathers have grown in.

  • :O I knew Pokemon existed !Time to show my dad the proof n_____n x

  • the best way to help a baby owl is to talk to a vet who can give you names of rehabbers or shelters. They best know its diet because owls don't eat worms. Its nocturnal too so whatever happened to this lil guy he's totally unawares....lol but they don't eat worms or insects. they mainly eat rodents of any kind like ripped up squirrels hampsters, guinea pigs, rats, lemmings rabbits possums....

  • It's ssoooo freaking cute!!!!!

  • Some pretty heartless comments here, would you rather it be tortured and had whatever else done to it? that's what happens more often in todays society. Be happy they didn't leave it/torture it and decided to help it.

  • At least they tried D:

  • Don't feed it chocolate. Or at midnight.

  • It's malfunctioning, big time.

  • doesn't look very well

  • is it dead? I hope not!! I love owls!

  • looks so die out as if the owl on: (

  • it survived? hope so!

  • Owl looks like it's having a good time.

  • what's with the dislike?

    Two reasons:

1- people who never seen a chopstick before.

2-people who thinks worms are nails.

    Cool, lifeless beech D:

  • Good kids? What the hell are you people talking about. They're poking it with a stick with a rusty nail under it. The owl is clearly injured and probably fell from a height. Owls at that age are suppose to be high up in a secured area with other owls. They should have immediately called animal control or a local wild life volunteer and got it to a vet.

  • @SisOwnz Dude, that 'nail' is a worm. Didn't you see the other worm wiggling about in front of the owl? And I don't think nails would bend like that. They must have been trying to feed it and after that, their parents probably found the owl and called animal control, or done something to help it.

  • @SisOwnz Oh yeah, and that 'stick' are chopsticks. Forgot to add that.

  • Good kids, and I applaud that. I hope it turned out ok, maybe taken it too a vet or bird shelter. There are specialty shelters for birds of prey.

  • tak wygląda prawdziwy foch. ;d

  • can owls see when it's daylight ? like cats, & why didn't she or he open its eyes ?

  • take it to the vet at least do that

  • I want an one!!

  • I hope the parents took the poor thing to a wildcare center for help.

  • At least they tried to help it!

  • It's sad that the bird kids dont want food and prefer to starve to death when they are attempted to being taken care of.

  • fuck you

  • fuckin retarded kids

  • don't you kids know, owls like tootsie rolls.

  • good kids but you need to tell your parents and they will get some proffessional help for it

  • when you want to FEED a hurt(or baby) owl you need small pieces of CHICKEN wrapped around in cat FUR or dog fur that you get when you groom your dog/cat.

they need to eat small pieces of meat WITH FUR as they do in the wild when they eat a mouse or a small bird.(in that case feathers ofcourse) i found 2 owls when i was younger and that's what one lady told me,she has like about 40 owls that she rescued.

  • I get a strange feeling some of you are not sure what is happening in this video... they are trying to feed a worm to it. They're not trying to hurt it, actually quite the opposite and it is quite noble if I say so myself.

  • how the f*ck is this animal abuse? all they're doing is poking it. is it human abuse when my friend's dog jumps on my to sniff me? (it's not a baby anyways. i think it's a Screech owl. Screech owls are very very small)

  • Good children! But what 'bout the little owl? Is ok now?

  • when they fake dead near dinner time means its time to change the frikin food

  • Awww poor kids :( i remember doing something similar to another kind of bird. It was laying on the road and i took it with me home, kept it warm then went worm hunting! Broke my heart when it stopped moving :(

  • way too cute

  • Should've left him alone :(

    Dumb kids

  • @Misterneedles agreed

  • thats me in the morning.....

  • Good for these children. Their parents should be proud. They tried to do the right thing and be kind to the poor animal. So many others would be cruel. Good kids here. When you do good for other creatures, good comes back to you.

  • @free2drm Their intention may have been reasonable, but feeding a baby bird a worm is likely to choke them to death. A can of cat food is more ideal.. stinky.. but wont kill them. I suppose you can mash the worm up first though.

  • I thought they were poking the owl with a stick when I clicked on the video, but this is rather cute in its own way.

  • So whats the story here? did they find it?

What happened to the owl? i need closure on this little guy haha

  • I think they would have a better time if it were night time... I remember in picture books that owls come out at night time...

  • I think it just wants to sleep o_O

  • @jpa2blue True.

  • when i was that age, we found an abandoned baby squirrel and named it "maxie twinkle." my sisters and a neighbor nursed it out of shock under supervision, made it a little comfy house in a box (with a door), and let it run free when it was ready. that reminds me a lot of these kids, whom i applaud for their innate kindness. that drive to help those in distress (even if they are owls or squirrels) should be nurtured (it leads to good things!) and not suppressed by harsh skeptics.

  • Comment removed

  • aww:] good job kiddies yall tried:]

  • Awwww the innocense of children!

  • @larisabrodman shutup.

  • @larisabrodman leaving it alone would mean death on the ground. or did you mean to say YOU'RE the stupid brat? Best thing to have done is bring it to a local wildlife center. which are easy to find.

  • I WANT TO SLEEP LEAVE ALONE!!!

  • even if they dont know what their doing, its the thought that counts.

  • 0:01-Yo,relax hommie...

  • leave the owl alone

  • i really HOPE they called someone who works in the wildlife field so they could take in this owl.

  • Such a cute little owlet!

  • it looks like a litte furby lol

  • @pinksakurablossoms oh god, those things are demonic xD

  • Been drinking

  • that owl is like - fuck this kids better play dead.

  • I really hope that the owl was just sleeping due to it being daytime. Poor little thing

  • is it died or dieing?

  • is it die?

  • It's dying, how sad

  • I wanna know what happened after they stopped video taping...Cutest owl I've seen....

  • I don't think owls eat worms. Just remember next time to seek help immediately if you find an injured or abandoned animal.

  • i think these kids kill the poor little baby :(

  • Looks like it is sleeping.. o_O..

  • is he alive?

  • @Anarhistful Seleeping. Ouls are awake in the night.

  • @bearandwoot

If they know how to make a youtube channel and upload videos then yes. Also they have no morals at all I mean they might as well be raping it.

  • Ohhhh God! Owly soooo cyuuuuuuuuuuteeeeeeee!!!! I'll EAT it!!! Yum Yum. ;D

  • Don't handle it, it can die from stress. If it's hurt then contact a professional.

  • @epickid007

    >2008

  • "You put it on Youtube?"

    Well,guess what,Captain Obvious....

  • People are so fucking stupid -_-'

  • @CrazyPokemonKid

    >Children

    >Implying young children would understand what to do with a baby owl

  • hey that's a wild animal don't u know that playing wit one is 2 dangerous it can bite u kids no wonder it ha rabies its a disease u have 2 get like 20 shots from the doctor it can find its own food and ur being 2 rough u know that rite it's wild if u keep it, maybe it will want it's mommy or daddy 2 feed him not u guys leave it alone!!!!!!!!!!

  • u could kill it if u play 2 rough wit it leave it alone it's a wild thing and has rabies don't touch it is it yours

  • fuckin kids leave it alone

  • Poor thing is scared to death

  • @LeavingOnAJetPlanex If it was scared it would have have expressed it. Its not a plush doll. Treat animals with respect.

  • @Telonelemon3 Yeah it's scared stiff, FYI I'm not the one trying to force a stick in it's face.

  • is it sleeping

  • i think the poor thing is dead!

  • Next time bring it to the ASPCA or Humane Society instead of trying to take care of it yourself. Owls are very delicate and even if you're trying to help it you could scare it and possibly kill it.

  • @InsaneTrainOnTrack While I agree they should have gotten help, the HSUS is secretly as insane as PeTA and would probably kill it immediately. Most shelters euthanize wild animals because they can't care for them, though. Everyone tends to lose in these situations.

  • @InsaneTrainOnTrack They're kids why are you fighting?...They really think this is helping because they dont know any better.

  • Thumbs up for this video! nice try helping the owlet kids, and to all the Haters who called this "animal abuse" I say... F*CK YOU!

  • I love how the little kids are trying to keep the owl from falling over, too cute. And chill out people! Its not like they are poking it and trying to provoke the little owl. They are just trying to help it! jeez

  • What happened to people who prefer kids to animals? I'm sick of people who put animals higher than humans. It's an animal!

  • @kotapaka You're right it is an animal. But we human beings who have put ourselves at the top of the intelligence ladder and call ourselves so superior need to step up and start doing the right thing when it comes to animals and the environment. We'd be stupid to think that we could live on this planet without these "animals". Get with the times.

  • it's obvious that the people in the video were young, maybe 7-9 years old, they don't know better. Stop insulting them, all your doing is proving your lack of deductive skills.

  • it seems he does not want it if it does not dont give it to him just leave there hell eat it on his own and yes its baby owl it needs a mom but give it to the adults and go buy a cat

  • That animal is extremely sick, and it does not eat worms. Stop trying to shove worms in its beak. It is not the case that all birds eat worms, or the case that all birds constantly want to eat worms.

  • sucks but cute as shit lol

  • it looks like dead

  • this thing looks near death or scared stiff... Thats pretty obvious.

  • wow saying things like just leave it and who gives a damn about nature proves that we deserve to die in 2012............just saying

  • it looks like a furby

  • It looked knocked out... let just nature do it's thing. There are numerous creatures waiting for a snack... but no one ever gives a damn about them.

  • well i hope you got some help for it, the poor thing.

    also: "owl" not "oul".....

  • It's not a toy

  • is it dead :(

  • Owls eat meat, dead animals, not worms.....

  • @MWCharke the sometimes eat dead animals and what is a worm its "meat" retard

  • @SuperSurvivalGuy - It's sad that everyone has to be rude on YouTube. I mean, you're hiding behind an alias. Owls do not generally dig up and eat worms. I would feed a baby owl, human baby food, possibly cooked ground beef, maybe small peices of chicken, eggs and start looking at vitamin foods. My first post was terrible but I have been handling wild birds for a couple of decades. Robins, sigh, robins simply never survive injuries. Owls, crows, sea gulls, hawks - much better chance.

  • @MWCharke PEOPLE WHO ARE RUDE IN YOUTUBE HAVE MENTAL PROBLEMS, AND ON YOUTUBE THEY HAVE NO MASK TO MASKARADE THEIR REAL PERSONALITY ...SAD BUT TRUE

    I STUDY PSYCHOLOGY..

  • @MWCharke My family was fortunate enough to raise a robin when I was about 4 or 5. We were walking along the street, and apparently a baby robin (feathered, but too young to fly) had fallen on the road. Fortunately, it landed in the middle of the street so that no cars hit it and we had a screened in porch. We let it live on our porch and kept it fed until it was ready to fly on its own. It even came back once after we released it. We fed it, but then it took off on its own for good.

  • What happened to the owl? D: </3

  • that will b kewl to have an owl

  • i think your olw is dead >,<

  • you will have no future. you're eternally damned for fucking with a baby owl. burn in owl hell.

  • @kaylashootsup Haha, you're funny.

  • A mini Snorlax

  • @OGICHI21 - Haha, epic.

  • @OGICHI21 So that's what Snorlax is based on! I always thought it was based on a Japanese sumo wrestler or something.

  • why can't this cute owl sit in my garden:)they're such wonderful animals

  • I am sure that these kids got an adult to help the owl out. Usually when kids find something outside even remotely interesting, they will tell their parents. But with something as exciting as a baby owl, I'm sure they immediately went inside and told their parents. So don't worry, everyone. ;)

  • I kind of have to question whether this owl made it or not...

  • aww! Is it dieing?

  • IF AI CLOZ MA AIS THEE MONSTAZ WILL DIZAPPEAR!

  • what kind of owl is it?

  • :(

  • feed them meat, but that's awesome that you tried to help him.i think that's a Eurasian Eagle Owl

  • ive always wanted to see an owl (mostly a barn owl beatiful creatures they r)

  • It's so cute but so sad. I'm glad the kids were trying to help. I too, hope they told their parents. Sadly when I was really young I'd probably try to help it too.

  • hey, the kids tried their best. i'm 13 and i can tell you, five years ago i would have probably done something like that. kids don't know what to do. They saw a little bird and they knew birds ate worms. you can't expect them to go look up how to care for an owl. i know alot of people who would do worse. i love wild animals , and believe the owl deserved proper care, but you can't blame the kids for trying to help, they did their best.

  • @xXdancingfreakz97Xx im also 13 and agree very much when it comes to smaller children you cant trust 100% of the time. although recently ive rescued a baby house sparrow and hes grown up to become my best friend. we watch tv together, we go on walks together and he even sleeps by my side every night. he's a great pall and i trust him completely.

  • ii in transa :)))

  • leave me alone, im fucking sleeping cunts!

  • im sure they didnt harm it, but that owl scared out of its mind

  • That was so sad :(

  • Is the owlet dead...?

  • That's great. The kids are enamored with the little guy. They will grow up to respect and appreciate wildlife, unlike too many kids today who would just asume to ping it with a bb gun.

  • IT'S A FLUFFY BALL :D

  • OH MY GOOOOODDD!!! ITS SOO CUTE IM GONNA DIE!!!

  • Wild snorlax is blocking the road.

  • it looks like my hamster hours before it died, all blue and stuff... I think it's got a stroke.

  • i think hes dead :(

  • they shouldnt be touching that owl it looks like a eastern screech maybe not because of its size but hopefully they sent it to a rescue center as wolfxyj2 said because if not it will become imprinted and not know how to live n the wld and well die it was cute that the kids were trying to help it but its important that the dosent imprint

  • Was it dead?

  • Just be careful. You could get fined big time just for /touching/ a bird of prey without a permit... That's your government for you...

  • I thought it was a firby for a second... I think it had a concussion or something XD

  • why is that owl so big and fat? its almost completly round! and its fluffy =3 but its not ina hollow and its day light...and it wont open its eyes... or move! it doesnt care ppl are touching it...

  • Gotta love owls but this one doesnt look healthy was it atleast taken to a rescue center?

  • That poor thing. It doesn't look well at all. =(

  • блядские дети!!!

  • @FLIPfaq Скорее, блядские взрослые, если таковые имелись рядом. Бедный совёнок -_-
