Here is what I notice: the whole routine is based on chanting/singing while marching in place using symmetrical formations. You do march a certain amount, but do not use anymore of the drill area than a few yards. The marching is minimal. I would suggest exploring more of the drill area using symmetry AND asymmetry. The uniform does not use eye-catching colors, it is fairly mundane- which is not what you want for XD.
2. I would also suggest varying the tempo (the routine does not contain visual highs and lows) and incorporating more body work. There is a constant flow to the routine that does not grab the audience and make them want to watch.
Asymmetry, marching, tempo changes and body work may be some things you'd like to consider.
3. The constant chanting as well is something that may lose your audience for a portion of the routine. You may want to chant at specific times to highlight the routine and create a "wow moment."
Very interesting performance.

Just some initial thoughts.
