Sorry guys but this will not compete with ANY bands out there today....Godsmack,Disturbed,ch­evelle,seether,sevendust,puddl­e of mudd,cold,suburban tribe,korn or anything for that matter. Your singer is holding you back here bigtime and is the weakest link here for sure. The tune is just not melodic enough to hold up to the other bands out there anyways though. Sorry

From my understanding, Scott Spiezio left Sandfrog some time ago. I read that one of the other band members is Scott's ex-wife's brother-in-law and that

playing in the band together would be awkward, as Scott has moved on to a romantic relationship with some other woman.

Well, I can assure you all that Scott is going to be better than fine after he obtains help. My good friend in Sandfrog says that Scott is focused on getting this album complete and is fired up about making it the best ever. I am sure with the guidance of the producer this will happen. In the meanwhile "intormentor" makes a valid point, but be open and receptive because when Sandfrog comes out on tour there will not be a ticket left to buy and you will miss the experience of a lifetime.

You have no idea what he and the newly formed Sandfrog are about to drop on the unexpected fans. All I can say is they just laid tracks down and it's incredible. The producer of the album is none other than Morgan Rose of Seven Dust, so it's safe to say this album will be that good. Be patient.

First of all, Sevendust is more of a nu-metal band, and secondly, a nu-metal drummer producing an album for a band that already has a nu-metal sound will almost certainly end up having a nu-metal sound to it.

I'm not talking down about SandFrog or anything, I'm just not into nu-metal. I just read that Scott left the Cardinals to enter a treatment program and I found out about his band and figured I'd give it a listen.
