I saw a similar convoy a month ago, in Quebec just north of the US border at Lacolle, on the A-15... was 3 in the morning, I was going to Noyan...There was 7 or 8 unmarked black Suv's with their high beams on, who just forced people on the shoulder to pass and maintain their formation, no police escort.. Lincons, and cadillacs, passing at around 75-80 MPH... my friend was following me a mile back and got the same treatment.

I saw some white vans being driven through redlights in reverse on 9/11/01 at 2 in the morning. They were obviously liberals due to the smell of liquor and pot eminating from the vans. They were chanting terrible words that are much to terrible to even type here. That memory will haunt me forever. I think they had dynamite and bottled water loaded to the rear doors. Does anyone remember that? That surely had something to do with the muslims who crashed the planes and killed thousands.
