I know there is always a franchise waiting for the right director and the right music composer. I think Spiderman was meant for Sam Raini and Danny Elfman as Star wars was for George Lucas and John Williams or Batman for Christopher Nolan and Hans Zimmer. I am sorry, but I don't buy the new Spiderman for the instance.
