[ How To ] install MW2 Alter IWNet 1.3.37a

Can anyone help me? When i run iw4mp.exe or alterIWnet_configure.exe i have an error says that : Application has generated an exception that could not be handled. When i didn't had net framework it was saying that te application has different framework version , now i istalled the version 3.5 SP1 that iwnet gives you link and it does the above error. Please if you know anything about just tell me , I will appreciate this a lot.
