depending on the length and viewcount of videos depends on how fast youtube gets to your video and allows HQ and HD, so like yeah...

When videos are uploaded it takes about 1 hour sometimes before youtube can add on the HD to HD quality videos because YOUTUBE is run by homeosexual nigger Parrots.
