@wwjoshdew screw that mask off the surroundings of it and take some stove cleaner spray it on the light and IMMEDIATELY wash off with a hose and it will be brand new in like 30 seconds
were u trying to used the stock bulbs? because I'm pretty sure with these headlights the stock bulbs don't fit that might be part of your problem they used 9007 bulbs. If you have this all figured out already or once u get it figured out id appreciate another video showing them, iv been contemplating getting these headlights myself

its pretty easy once you pull the grill off to replace the light assembly - just plug-n-play basically... Everything on a car is almost a "snap in" deal... Plastic, no metal at all... :(
i just got the headlights but i'm lost on what to do as far as the wiring for the projector

For fogged up headlights like yours you could use colgate toothpaste with whitening put it on let it dry then wipe it off good as new!
