Can anyone tell me whichbrand and type of miso paste is best to buy? I was looking on amazon and there are so many choices.

@NightFaeOfTwoMoon I have't seen any american brands i like. For dressing i would choose a japanese white or brown miso. Not the red or very dark ones. See my recipe at hangawara.

Easy Fat Free French Dressing

1 lemon juiced

1 med tomato

1 tsp jalepeno diced

1 clove garlic

2 tsp paprika

4 dates

blend in vitamix, salt to taste, enjoy!

DONT run away from a cougar! Walk away slowly, facing the lion and try to make yourself look big. My mom encounutered a cougar and backing up would've sent her over a cliff so she step to the side and towards it and ti ran away.

Lemon, Honey and Salt. If you want a little fat, put in a dash of olive oil and mix. Massage kale with dressing to break the fiber walls of the leaf and to really mix in the dressing. So Good.

honey, is yes raw in that form, but it is not vegan, most vegans do not eat honey because bees population is going down, and it is considered farming an endangered animal, i made mine with agave
