I don't think this is as religious a song as some do, he's using the "grace

of God" as a term to define appreciating how fine the line is between heartache and

happiness in life, and to always appreciate being on the good side of that line.

It might have a spiritual element or tone to the title, but I think the phrase is a vehicle as much as anything. I can't speak for Keith Urban's religious viewpoint though, only he could.
