You shouldnt complicate things more than need be. It's simple to build one of these things and i am sure people appreciate your technicality....fornobravo com explains this in their free oven plans
Lastly mixing cement, silica , lime ect with your hands and feet is what you SHOULD NOT DO!..I'm sure you guys needed moisturizing lotion for days!

First you say the height of the door must be exactly 2/3rd the height of the oven. At 5:27 you can see that the top of the oven is much higher ! And the shape is too pointed, also. It must be much flatter. At 8:35 you clearly see the pointed top of the oven. Although the oven will work with this shape, if it were flatter the heat will circulate better, resulting in a hotter, more evenly heated oven. Please, correct me if I'm wrong.
Is there a video showing them digging out the sand form and firing her up?
