  • Lady needs to learn how to ride: her stirrups were as far back as they could possibly go, her legs were swinging like pendulams, ad could she have been pulling any harder on the reins??!!

  • thank god the horse didnt move

  • Poor horse she was like ripping his mouth out she is very lucky to have a horse like him

  • Next time her stirup should be at the ball of her foot not farther in. That'll help not getting your foot stuck in the stirup. But glad she's okay

  • her heel wasn't down, she kept ripping his face off, her leg was swinging like a monkey on a vine, she is NOT ready for that horse or that height.

  • Her foot was like as far as it would go into the stirup

  • rrrrr duh her feet are like 5 inches into the stirrup! lol and shes like ripping his outh really?!?!

  • So great that he didnt start running away

  • amazing rider & horse :)

  • When I was 7, we lived in Spain (double yuck) and some Spaniards I was riding with took off at a full gallop. It was only my 2nd time on a horse. They ignored my cries to get them to stop, and it is a miracle that I didnt fall off. Seemed like they did that intentionally. Yep, a total miracle that I did NOT fall.

  • That could have been worse some girl at my stable only6 the horse took off because he was mad because the little girls grama was trying to get him to trot and was confusing him he just had it and took off out the arena gates and the little girl fell off and got draged because her safty stturups did't release and she had to got to the hospital justin case it was internal injury. she has a very good horse for stoping like that! Shes and amazing rider too!

  • your a really pretty couple!

  • Heel mooi gereden verder! En wat een mooi paard trouwens!

  • Great horse! Not a real bad rider either, she just has her foot too far in the stirrups, not saying that the only reason it happened, but it didn't help.

  • beautiful horse.

  • May I use this? I will give you credit and the link

  • Wow great horse - looked as if something was going to happen sometime but fair play the horse is worth it's weight in gold x

  • gorgeous horse!

  • What a good horse for stopping and not dragging her.

  • Hey a jump- OH THIS WAY

  • she needs to stay in 2 point longer shes slamming the horses back half way through the jump

  • What a good horse!!!

  • this horse is an amazing jumper! I wanna ride him<3

  • awwww poor rider! the horse is beautiful though and she did a great job on the jumping course.

  • She was so lucky that the horse stopped when her foot was caught! If he cantered away, she would of been hurt badly!

  • What a shame! They looked really good... Nice forward horse, and she's a damn good rider in my opinion!!

  • Awesome course, until the last part. :) Your horse is a good jumper and a very good boy for just stopping and waiting for you to get unstuck. :)

  • well she does need to stop pulling on his mouth all the time...

  • That happend to me before, except no one could come to help me because they were all illing themselves laughing too much. I'm lucky that my pony stood still :)

  • you looked so good! i think you leaned before the jump but im not sure, im not trying to criticize because i know i do that too and it happens to everyone. you are so lucky you didn't get hurt! and im lucky that has never happened to me *knock on wood*

  • Oh my, everything looked like it was all going so well too!! Glad no one was hurt, well done on horsey for standing!

  • you guys look great over the fences

  • WOW! what a great horse! I am so glad that he didnt take off with her. That could have been a disaster. Glad all are okay. Peace.

  • shes so lucky she rode a horse like him and its good that she held him t ashe should learn to do it by herself just in case there are people but like a log ways away as in across the stable yard but great job on not freaking out and ere u hurt at all like twist/sprain ankle?

  • This has happened to me before. I was 5 years old riding my 14.3hh pony and he slipped on a corner, i lost my balence and fell to one side with my foot stuck in one stirrup. Cause i was young my head was only just touching the ground. But thankfully my amazing pony stopped and waited for me to be ok.

  • I can jump higher

  • @gibbyFan7 oh shut up. nobody cares

  • @gibbyFan7 who gives a crap if you can jump higher! douchebag.

  • They were working so well together as a pair :) What a good boy for standing there!

  • did that woman start to cry?

  • That horse is a saint.

  • need 2 release a bit more and wen u fall let go of the reins! but good ridin beautiful horse!

  • Wow she did a great job! And the horse didn't spook!!! Great horse too

  • aww..and it was going so well too..

  • that horse is adorable.

  • That horse was trained well to stop when its rider falls. My horse is trained with that too.

  • @SaddleNoSturrups my old horse was too... I'd fall off, he'd walk a few steps away, stop, then come back and look at me like 'What are you doin' down there?'

  • is this place in Alabama or Georgia

  • what a good horse! hes really pretty too and she did a great job. :P

  • You Should Get Safety Stirrups, They'll Be Much Better If You Fall Off And They're Easier To Ride In <<< If You Dont Agree Then I Dont Care It's My Opinion Not Yours.

  • good boy!!

  • such an honest, kind horse. just standin there like that. yes the girl was hangin on his mouth an awful lot but maybe the horse is a bit strong and likes to run away after the jump. though a better release could have been given than just rigid hands. lovely horse though.

  • JEEZ, my worst nightmare!

  • Guess he got tired of her hanging him in the mouth...

  • @merridyn Actually, didn't look like it. He wasn't protesting at all before around the course, he was actually looking pretty happy and energized. She got a little forward and came in at an odd distance, so he stopped.

  • The true definition of a million dollar horse, what an angel to just stand quietly like that. This horse deserves a better rider but all things considering she wasn't doing too bad.

  • she needs to do more two point, so she dosent get behind and pull on the horses mouth

  • Excellent jumping round!

  • that is a million dollar horse right there.. that lady did nothing but bounce up and down on his back, get left behind and pull the crap out of his mouth.

there's a difference between an accident and poor riding.. this was both

  • her face was like "Omg what just happened?" and then "wow my horse just stopped."

  • what a shame she and her horse were making the jumps look so effortless...

  • u need a relaese ur getting left behind

  • @britluv29

not just releasing.. this lady has completely forgotten what 2 point is

  • @cowpolly goood point lol

  • wow she had some amazing jump though

  • beautiful horse!

  • you are lucky that the horse didn't run away with her foot in the stirrup. ;)

    good riding though ;)

  • The first time i fell of my horse, i wasn't sure about how he would react, but he just stopped, turned around and gave me "Do you need any help back there??" look xD

  • @vildeveitja95 king does that but its more like the "haha you fell" look xD xoxo

  • @nixlovesking Well it is kind of haha too xD It's like they make fun of you when u fall xD I might understand them, but really.. horses are malicious sometimes xD

  • The woman looked so happy when the horse stand ;). She has done the right and thanked him :).

Accidants happens but it can be horrible when rider and horse didn't work in a pair and trust each other :)

    Sry for bad english ;)

  • Good horse! I love riding in the metal breakaway stirrups for this reason. They've saved my ass several times.

  • this is why i like safety stirrups, haha there's been a couple falls where they really came in handy! great horse! and awesome riding!!! :)

  • This is why I ride bareback!

  • A very calm horse.. and she even smiled once she had fallen off...

  • beautiful horse, he stood perfectly still as she got her foot out. shouldnt the horse have a numnah or something?

  • That horse is SO beautiful... I'm gonna come steal him...

  • You're so lucky that you have such a nice and calm horse...the most horses spook and start running...and you're reaction when you hit the ground is perfect you say whoooo to stop and calm your horse perfect!!

  • she rides with a long rein anyways, she could release more but from what I can see the horse is pretty desesitized, glad the horse didn't drag her!

  • dude where are your knee rolls! ouch!

  • if she had her weight in his fit and pushed down threw the calf it wouldnt have sliped :) and her two point is gonn ahurt her horses back sooner or later. she comes down pretty hard with no release

  • what's wrong with the way she rides to be honest i think you guys are just jealous that she is better than you + her stirrups are on the ball of her foot were the suppose to be so dont bother critisising her pethetic people.....xxx

  • She's not a very good rider. She doesn't see any distance!

  • awww she was doing so wel iuntill tat bless her :(

  • Lucky escape :o

  • Release !

  • luv how the person just walks out slowly like its no big deal then hesitates to get her foot out of the stirrup, yea thts a GREAT help :P

  • @miltonluver4 Yeah, see, that's sorta called keeping the horse calm so that it doesn't, ya'know, bolt and kill the rider by dragging her across the ground. XD

  • @AffxtionateSeoul yai no but the look on the persons face is just blank, like yup this happens everyday XD

  • That's why I wear break-away stirrups. She jumped the course well, and the horse didn't take off running spooked when she fell. Beautiful horse! Wish I had a place like that to ride at.

  • Aww! And they were doing fabulously too! Glad they were both ok! :)

  • beautiful horse though!!!

  • The horse looked spooky and inexperienced, which is why she was sitting so deep to the jumps, but I don't really understand...if she was sitting deep how did she fall? Maybe it just took her by surprise

  • I know a girl who's foot got caught in the stirrup while she was galloping, the horse spooked at something and it swurved, she ended up being trailed along the ground ... R.I.P =( True Story

  • I agree if she had her stirrup on the ball of her foot instead of back at the heel like at :20 she wouldn't have gotten stuck

  • beautiful horse. can i have him? lol

  • I fell and got my foot stuck once, it sucked because the horse decided he was still going to take off. -_- It was my first fall too, when I was around 7

  • what a stunning horse. he is just absolutely gorgeous! the rider was very good as well. one thing i would suggest is to put her hands up the horses neck more instead of jump leaning forward over a jump. it will make it easier to stay on when things like this happen.

  • That horse is absolutely stunning.

  • Good horse. She's so lucky that she's okay. Everyone let's their stirrups slip at least once while they're riding, even professional riders have done it before, so everyone who criticizes this woman should just shut it.

  • @mymak2007 no kidding i got hung up in my stirrup once while trainning a horse to jump befor exept i was drug across the arena in to a wall;( that hurt like hell!

  • @mymak2007 I agree

  • @mymak2007 and sometimes it just does liek you cant help it

  • What a good boy! What an angel for just standing there patiently and not spooking :) It was such a silly fall too, really didnt see that one coming. the were both working really well as a pair.

  • she was lucky her horse was good it could have been horrible if i had ran ! x good riding

  • Everyone makes mistakes! I am sure that this rider knows how to ride correctly and knows what wasn't quite right. I just wish people wouldn't critique as if they are experts.

Anyways, the horse was really helpful. Glad it stopped otherwise there could have been more trouble for her. I see her petting it too. She is probably thankful for the quick stop.

  • god.... first things first, you have too much foot in the iron. work on that, BEFORE you start jumping... second-i love that horse

  • thats why i ride with rubberband stirups and release

  • @peaceluvhorses101 i have those things.... but i dont ride in them anymore :) they were life savers when i had my old mare (she was a bolter)

  • Very very good upper body, but her hands are quite stiff and she almost has no release.

glad she was ok, stunning horse x

  • lol

  • Lol hear the girl "is she alright" She said it like 3 times :P

  • Wow, no wonder the horse ran out. The woman keept jerking the face off the horse everytime they jumped. The horse was like "If you pull my face on more time you'll be sorry!"

  • ouchie!

  • GOOD HORSE!!!!! her feet were to far in the stirrups. keep them and the balls of your feet. lol

  • why did she fall in the first time?? lmao

  • I have no empathy for her. She shouldn't have her feet shoved that far into the stirrups. No wonder she got stuck. >.<

  • "oh my god christine" lol.

  • really well behAVED HORSE I KNOW A BUNCH who wouldn't have stopped

  • i try not to ride without safety stirrups. it's a good thing he didn't drag her around!

  • Very good horse to stand. That could have been very bad :/

  • nice ride

  • pretty good course otherwise.

  • great rider and horse!!! and i sure do love the horses coloring! hes rlly pretty!

  • what a good horse to stand....that was a close call.

  • What a lovely coloured horse, and lucky horse didn't spook and run, otherwise it'll be like that bit in Seabiscuit all over again :)

  • i understand why everyone keeps saying that she should have had the stirrups on the ball of her foot.. but sometimes that doesnt matter. the stirrups could have been to small and her foot was too big to fit in them, that same thing happened to my friend once because she wasnt using her own saddle.. and stirrups do come in different sizes. so this might not have been her saddle and her feet didnt fit in the stirrups :)

  • OMG

  • til then very good riding!

  • her horse is cute ^^

and if he hasn't been intelligent, she would have broken her ankle

  • shes very happy on her hands

  • remember BALL OF UR FOOT! I am 12 years old.

  • no matter what age level what not i always use sturrups with a rubber band. safer. shes lucky her horse was good or she could have broken an ankel.

  • woah her horse is gorgeous!

  • the horse is awsome :)

  • beautiful horse *__________*

  • a beautiful horse!!

    good rider exept her feet...

  • shes lucky the horse decided to stop.......

  • she landed harddd hope she's okay :)

  • amazing horse!!!!

  • that must hurt i have have falls like that......but that is a really lovley horse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • gorgeous horse <3

but one question? did the horse have a saddle pad on? just wondering :P

  • THAT IS ONE GOOD HORSE!!

  • My english is not so good but i try my best!

Thats nothing against me!My pony stoped and then he RUUUUUNS!I was caught whit my foot in thestirrup(the right stirrup took over to the left side!)

And god thanks my boot was to big and i sliped out!PUH........!

So I hope you understand something!!!!hihi bye

  • thats why you are tought to keep the irons on the ball of feet so when you fall of you dont get stuck in them ;)

  • nice, lol beautiful horse with a beautiful jump tooxx

  • LOL it could have been worst. I was carried around like that (i've broke hand cause the horse galoped on me)..

  • your lucky your horse stopped.

  • this happened to me when I was about ten, except my horse didn't stop. She continued to canter around the arena two/three times. Fun.

But this is the reason for being taught to keep the irons on the ball of your foot, rather than half way down your arch...:/

  • this is why for jumping i use a release stirrup it has like a rubber band on the outside part of the stirrup that releasses when pulled outward.

  • One of the main reasons I only ride bareback or with a bareback pad. But great riding!

  • ahh I hate getting my foot stuck in the stirrups.. thats how I broke ribs.

    good job getting back up.

I can say this though, almost every single jump she was on her horse's mouth and needs to RELEASE... even a horse that rushes after the jump needs a release, it will stress them out less. Otherwise good riding though.

  • cani use this in my falls video pleasee?

  • That horse looks a lot like my horse.. beautiful horse and a really strong rider!!! Great round.

  • Thats a good horse!

  • the horse is better then she is!

  • she was a bit behind the motion... but of course i do not know how the horse rides so i cannot comment!

  • it would have been a good round if she had released over the jump, shes hanging on his mouth even when he's in midair... shes lucky he didnt stop before that!

  • good thing her horse didn't take off, she would have been dragged behind. very good round though ;)

  • pretty horse and that was a pretty good round to! :D

  • what a great horse...

  • glad she wasnt hurt. Im happy the horse stopped. That was a fabulous round though!

  • that horse is really good for just standing there when she fell

  • that was a good round and a very well trained horse!!

  • I'm glad she wasn't hurt! Good Round!

  • Is this at Poplar? I'm guessing

  • this in an excellent example of why you dont ride with your stirrup at your heel!

  • exactly.

  • What a good horse! He just stood there like a champ. Lucky he didnt bolt!!!

  • that's why you keep your irons on the ball of your foottt.

  • lenalove...AMEN sista!

  • hahaaa

girls get screamed at by my trainer if it's nottt.

    because of thattt ^^ hahaa.

  • me too! i could hear her now "take a little bit of your foot out of your sturrup. take it out! there, now sink your heels. more. more. more. more more more there you go." that is her on a good day.

  • @lenalove52 i noticed the same thing
