LOL. I'm looking at 2:06 and I think I recognize what that guy has in his mouth. It's something my generation in Asia used to play with as kids. It's this sticky semi-transparent goo you shaped around the end of a hard straw. You blew on the other end of the straw, really hard, and *bloomp!* the goo inflates into a plastic balloon. After a while they disappeared from the market. They had a "toxic glue" smell and had "Made in China" written on them. LOL.

@chrisofrays: I could be mistaken, but I think that "jelly" blob at the end of the yellow straw-pipe the guy had in his mouth at 2:02 could be "magic balloon paste". They come in tubes. You push/pinch the paste (like the way you do with toothpaste) out the tube, wrap it round the end of the straw, and then blow on the other end until it turns into a ballooon.
