I showed this video to a few of the kids I help to look after, one of which currently has a cavity, she is seven and has special needs, this really helped her understand why she has a cavity and where it comes from. She enjoyed this video and has asked me to keep showing her :). The only criticism she had was that Elmo's voice was different :P haha too cute :).

@McELocke Please make sure that she, and the other kids, rinse within 20 minutes of eating candy, or, they can just drink half a glass of water. It will dilute the sugar.
