This song is about his mum dying of cancer. I thought it was about him breaking up with some chick for the longest time. When I found it was about his mum, it changed the whole mood of the song for me. I feel like shite when I listen to it. My co-worker's mum has cancer and she doesn't have long left and it made me think about losing my mum. I felt empty and alone with that thought. I don't want it to ever happen.
