  • Hey, man. Me and my buddy Joe ran into you at Riverview Access last weekend. You helped with the boat after I missed my turn. Hope the Fall is good fishing for you. We'll probably run into y'all somewhere soon on the river! - Christian

  • @405z06 Tanks, and I hope the same to you. all the best Rudy

  • I wade fish alot...been to Rafting Company just last week...caught about 3 smallmouth but nothing that big. I love using my Zoom Flukes (like 3"-5") - minnow colored...some right off the surface...man I gotta check this out more now...is all that wadeable like up from the RC?

  • @mesmereyezme2 yeah on the left; the right is about 10 feet deep in some spots, I like to use Zoom Flukes to, “Bait fish color.” If you bring like a 20$ raft from Wal-Mart or something like a little raft you can hop/swim across the deep parts and stand on submerged logs and catch lost of fish, “Really fun.” I catch lots of nice Rock bass to in the upper 8 inches. Next time I go I will make you a video of how to get to my spots. All the best Rudy.

  • hey man nice vidd.. me and my dad fish the big river for smallies and all we use is either minnows, bluegills, or chomper jigs!!! and we never ever keep smallies we let them go no matter what the size and one day i caught a 22 in. smallie and got a wonderful picture of it....

  • @arrowafflictionfan man that sounds like a nice fish, I to don't keep any bass, The only fish I keep, is crappie, catfish, bluegill, and trout. Not all the time though. All the best Rudy

  • Nice Fish....would like to see the bigger one that got off. Couple questions: How do you go about getting live leeches, and 2) what section of the Meramec is this? I float the 10 miles either way of Onodaga when I do the Meramec.

  • @405z06 Thanks, this is just up the road from the Rafting Company by Cuba. This is about 30 min. drive from Onondaga Cave that’s a grate spot to, the deep drop off from the boat ramp is really good for jigs and spinner baits. I also get my leeches from Wal-Mart in Cuba, I buy about five cans of them and put them in a cooler and keep enough water in the fridge like a small bucket to change the water every day if you need help on knowing how to keep them let me know. All the best Rudy.
