LOL! @ 4:20-4:23 Arnold is copping a feel..I've always liked him but he's a mess morally. Rachel was my role model in the 1980's. I worked out so hard to try to look like her and got close. I got to 14% body fat and good muscle definition. I'm not the gym rat I used to be but still work out regularly and in shape. Thanks Rachel!

hate to disappoint people but if you competed in the 80's in cali and followed her career i even went to her seminars. you would know that there were about 2 yrs after she lost the olympia that it was obvious in her face structure that it had become manly looking and was obvious. even the fitness articles and media pointed it out and when she got bad publicity for it she quit competing entirely and obviously quit steroids and looks normal again. protuding forehead,longated chin,sunk in eyes.yuk

Thanks for this tribute. I loved Rachel so much growing up. Always hoped she would stay in the limelight, maybe in sports announcing or a talk show. She was just the epitome of sexy and healthy and sweetness in women in the 1980s.

Jim, clearly you don't know what you are talking about ALL female bodybuilders that competed in Ms Olympia and won were on roids, without exception it is a known fact. Today Ms Fitness competitors are on gear too, as are some in MMA but not all are huge, some take steroids for definition not to get huge. Rachel Mclish wouldn't win Ms Fitness today never mind Ms Olympia just like Arnie couldn't beat best today in Mr O times change things evolve.

Inspirational female BB.  Great physique for her time, terrific back, impressive Bazooka Joes and probably still unmatched Cosmic Utensil area. Defo one of most beautiful BB's ever! She had money anyway but married Ron Samuels & now doesn't need money , hence no website, few products out, etc. Shame, she has lot of fans out there, official website would be great!

I get tired of hearing people saying, "For her time", Rachel Mclish has a great body, period. If she took steroids like today, she would be just as big. But she consciously made a decision not to and I agree with it. And if you say "For her time", remember, there were incredible bodybuilders in the 1980's like Kay Baxter and Bev Francis and others. Sorry for getting antagonistic, just tired of hearing that term to describe people.
