After watching this vid I was pumped for my own chest workout. I tested myself out and hit a few new PR's including a 390 lb bench, 380 lb close-grip, and 166 lb dumbell press! (the vid is posted)

oh and to add to my other colmment, hhis 370 max bench looked easy, and he probably had a 385 bench in him that day. so hes realistically gone up from a 385 bench to a 430 bench, which for a guy with his genes is very doable cleanly.
although to get back to 500 he might have to juice.
