The original singer was a south african called solomon linda from kwazulu natal in the 30s, he died poor because of apartheid but his family claimed some money few years ago because his song was used by many people!! basically profiting from it for years and them not getting anything from it!!!!

Lebo M is the same vocalist that does the Introduction to 'The circle of life' as well as the vocals for 'He Lives in you'. Mind you Jimmy and Lebo M are both fantastic
