I was one of the players on the throut and neck show and i still have the watch i won although the kids took the shirt and hat i won but the watch with the logo and game name on it is still in the case it came in !
Anyone remember when Jep! and W2K were on at 4AM Fridays on GSN? I would get up early sometimes, and sit real close to the TV so I could hear it and no one else could.
Oh, and while we're at it, someone should upload episodes of "Secrets of the Crypt Keeper's Haunted House", provided that they have any. I have not seen that show since the fourth grade and I really miss it so much!!!
GSN needs to bring back some good game shows like Bumper Stumpers, 1986-87 year of Jeopardy!, Wheel Of Fortune, Wheel 2000, Jep!, The Jokers Wild, Bullseye, The $100,000 Pyramid, To Tell The Truth from 1990-91, Go, Camouflage in 1980, Hot Potato, Click, Tic Tac Dough, 3's a Crowd, Treasure Hunt, Rock & Roll Jeopardy!, Russian Roulette, Friend Or Foe, Break The Bank, Tattletales and The Dating Game.
True that... but as bad as Throut & Neck was, I actually favored it over Faux Pause. Can't say I remember When Did That Happen. I've only had GSN since December 1998.
nope youre not the only one and i cant believe that no one has uploaded any episodes or clips from wheel 2000 or JEP even. b/c i wanna see JEP again so badly.
This was the version of GSN in which they ran "Buzzer Strategy" in which they showed clips of "Family Feud." When they ran a clip of Richard Dawson hosting "Family Feud," the question was, "Name a famous Carol?" and one person breaks the buzzer. When they ran a clip of Ray Combs hosting "Family Feud," the question was, "Tell me something Old MacDonald had on his farm?" One person buzzes in and says chickens. Both of those clips involved instant replays.
Faux Pause was an intersting concept. It was initially suppose to be a MST3K on game shows, however they seemed to be to focused on the comedic sideskits they weren't funny instead of the game show. Sean and Mary, the hosts, really weren't that funny either.
I remember watching Wheel 2000, but I never saw Jep! I would like to see an episode of Jep! and see a contestant light up all three of their In Jeopardy lights.
Actually it was a partnership between Sony & CBS. Sony had the rights to Wheel, created a kids version for CBS Saturday mornings in 1999 and Game Show Network used it as part of its "Kids Zone" on Friday nights.
Huh? I thought Wheel 2000 aired in the 1997-98 season, not 1999. And since when did "Kids Zone" air on Friday nights? Last I heard, GSN aired that block on Saturday mornings! But Kids Zone on Friday nights fits, though.
I think we may want to forget Extreme Gong...Actually, I didn't tape any of those at that time, that's why it is not in the montage. There have been several after this as well that I just didn't include at the time.

actually Wheel 2000 was originally on CBS for it's "Saturday Morning" block, but Game Show Network played the rest of the episodes.
Additionally, Faux Pause seems to have been the one show on the network, that tons of people forgot, much like Throat and Neck.
