Oh you would be surprised! Hot tub or bathtub, many people fall asleep while relaxing in a tub, then slide under the water as they sleep. By the time they awaken from the loss of oxygen, it's usually too late for them.

In 1993, when I lived in a San Diego apt complex, one of my neighbors really did drown in the hot tub next to the complex swimming pool! Before the ambulance could get there, he'd already flooded his lungs!!
