  • Where's Waylon? I only see the other three.

  • No + No - Perfect

  • great

  • Good song. One of my favorites by Kris.

  • I got into Kris through The Highwaymen albums.

  • Damn! Thanks for posting all these videos.

  • Your forgetting that Willie wrote a lot of great songs that others recorded and made into great hits.

  • They were the only Superband at all. 4 Legends playing together.

    R.I.P. Waylon and Johnny.

  • inspirational

  • Kris wrote the great songs. This and so many others that others sang. Janis Joplin and Johnny Cash but Kris wrote them from his experience. But people forget that he sat down and wrote them. Help Me make it Though The Night, Me and Bobby MGee. Sunday Morning Coming Down, Why Me Lord. Every one remembles who sang his songs but not the guy who lived them.

  • amen brother

  • agreed on his voice. It was better a few yrs ago but the years etc have taken its toll. I will say however that without Kris there would be a void in country music. nuff said.

  • Lo and behold, country music's first and only supergroup. And what a better group of heroes to bring it together.

  • Willie's phrasing is fucking awesome.

  • @marydwyer14119 Waylon talks about it in his autobiography. The Highwayman sound board guy, Jack Clement, was instructing Willie to "sing on the beat" telling him "you start in last week and you wind up in next week" and Willie replied "fuck you, Jack" and then later Jack pissed off Willie again. Willie asked Waylon if he sings Good Hearted Woman too fast. Waylon says yes but Jack isn't the guy to tell him. Willie has Waylon fire Jack. Kris smokes a joint with Willie and Willie forgives Jack.

  • @ColbertandStewartpwn Best story I've heard in a while. Thanks.

  • Next Highwaymen 2.0: Alan Jackson, Dwight Yoakam, Garth Brooks, and Randy Travis.

  • loving them is easier than anything I'll ever do again...

  • Kriss the most underated talent of our time. he is true..blue and country..

  • Great hombres- great song- great feelings

  • A TRUE supergroup!!!

  • his voice is not as great as the other ones, but he´s a great songwriter! i found out very late - sorry! he´s a great man!

  • Ladies and Gentlemen......The Highwaymen!.....legends we all can learn from. Thank you.

    Love VEGAS ENTERTAINMENT

  • I saw Willie in concert. Waylon was sick so T Graham Brown filled in. Best concert Ive ever been to. Willie stayed way past his time to leave.

  • Classic country - 2 great men left - graham Aus

  • this gets me every time.quite simply brilliant

  • these are 2 of the best 4 country performers of all time, i think you know who the other two are!!!

  • @filthylunger mmmmmm...................miley cyrus and taylor swift come to mind(not)

  • @filthylunger George Jones and Hank Williams?

  • was war das für ein konzert ? not the highwaymen ?? und wo war waylon ?

  • if there is a better songwriter anywhere in the world,i am yet to find him/her

  • Willie is a very underrated g-tar player

  • not to sure on willie nelsons input at the start but this is great!

  • you are the best

  • Loved them all so much!Let us appreciate and take care of the two still living...Hoping to enjoy Kris again during the summer,in Norway and Dublin!

Love him! Hoping Willie is coming back, too. Thanks for wonderful videoes.Love Marie.

  • willies solo ..... so little soooo much!

  • His solo makes my spine quiver

  • Tompall and the Glaser Brothers have a fantastic version of this...the best in my opinion...

  • Kris Kristofferson wrote some of the best songs in american music history. That's one of them.

  • This is poetry

  • A great performace and version. Very differrent from the original and Waylon's version, but great all the same.

  • Gran video, los mejores esta ahi!

  • de magnifique chanson vraimen vraimen superbe

  • I want to be Willy Nelson but my hair won't grow

  • I want to be Willie too, but I have to take drug tests for work.

  • The song is great, but I wonder about one thing:

why does Willie pronounce the word "end" like "yend". Is that kind of Texas slang? I don't know, I'm from Poland.

  • wasnt niel young in the highwaymen at one time??? or was that something else

  • THE FANTASTIC LEGENDS VERY GOOD

  • truly real music at its best.

  • @instepfarms

    Yes, hope this remains FOREVER!

    Long live Wille!

  • J'ai entendu cette chanson à vos côtés

  • waylon is the best

  • wow that guitar ol willie is playin sure is something, like its got so much character, matched only by the man himself

  • I'm going to see Willie and Bob Dylan in Milwaukee in ten days. I've forgotten was a legend Willie is. He's a treasure.

  • im so jealous

  • i have never heard the highwaymen sing this song. only waylo and kris separately. awesome. thanks for posting this.

  • This is a gathering of the gods.

  • I wish I could have seen this concert live. Amazing.

  • They are all great but Kris might be the most underappreciaeted. His talent is legendary.

  • @oaklandfla nah he made it into the highwaymen. cant get much bigger than that.

  • @oaklandfla Without Kris Kristofferson, counrty and rock music would not sound as good as it does. He has written a lot of great songs for himself and other musicians. I agree he is one of the most underappreciated singers and songwriters of all time.

  • @oaklandfla

    you are so right

  • They all are stars, No, we all are stars. I think the Highwaymen should continue just as the song says. There are more peeps that can stand in for those who have gone to the other side and see where it will grow.

  • Here i go again back to the 70's.. Thanks Kris How bout John Prine joinin The Highwaymen??

  • Prine joining the Highwaymen would have been great! Of course to me, Kris is the star.

  • @4saturdaychild1 There is only one Highwaymen group: Johnny, Waylon, Willie and Kris. Just like there is only one Traveling Wilburys: Bob, Roy, George, Tom and Jeff.

  • Nothing like The Highwaymen!

  • On what CD can I find this version?

    Thanks

  • willie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
