  • this game makes no sence to me, just finished this mission..thinking about getting rid of it..is the rest of the game same as what you experience up to this mission or are there better times ahead?

  • wingsticks, sniper and auto-shotgun. that's how i got through this lol

  • Jackal Canyon was probably my most favorite territory to play on this game. It was fun as hell, but also actually pretty scary, but what less can you expect from a wasteland territory full of crazed tribal-looking bandits? Bethesda really did a nice job there.

  • @chocolatemacaroni Goddammit, people don't know the difference beetween publishers and gaming studios anymore. ID software developed this game, not Bethesda.

  • playing it on a HD 5670 1GBddr3 full settings about 50 frames

  • @TheAdidas85 27?

  • @MrDubBUD wat u do mine 27??

  • @warhammer3451

It's fat boy ammo and wing sticks

  • Is this DLC or an expansion pack or just part of RAGE?

  • @benwebb93 part of rage

  • Fatboy pistol and those triangle bumerangs. (forgot their name).

  • Maybe my gt 430 is not big enough for this...too bad

  • @charliellorente I played it with a 9500 GT... Almost full..

  • With 4 gb ram you can play

  • game of the year for 2011. this was a perfect game in everyway. i have not had this much fun with a game since fallout 3.

  • This guy knows his stuff even i take awhile to kill those bandits but i mainly use machine gun

good way to represent rage i love it :D

  • "i am pretty sure that if u are a braindead rage fan, the devs always mention that it is huge and open world"

    Shut up you dumb cunt

They made 3 thigns clear since 2006

Its an fps NOT a rpg, not as deep, not much exploration or blah blah

It is a mix of shootint and driving.

Its an fps not an sandbox game.

That why i appear a "braindead rage fan" because ulike you fallout3 brainwashed dipshits i KNEW this game wasnt like it or borderlands and THATS why i liked it which is the opposite of you

  • @au25 rage<dog shit<other games<fallout<skyrim :D

  • @dsub1994 Skyrim>Rage>Assassin's Creed Revelations>Halo CEA>BF3>Dog Shit>Hamster shit>COD

  • @DJChiefyChief rofl XDXDXDXD

  • @dsub1994 You right its sad rage doesnt repeat the same dungeons 1000 times over and full you dumb fucks to think that that way the gameplay is longer. Its sad that unlike fallout 3 and skyrim rage doesnt have an ai and combat taht suck balls, or extremely long dialogues or that they dont make a horribly borring main quest that you gonna give up for freeplay.

  • @au25 yeah, yeah, rage rules, right... can you leave now?

  • @dsub1994 Nope, you leave go play your repettive shit filled with blah blah and shitty ai and combat.

"oh this game suckz its not as big as fallout 3" Well fuck you, its a shooter not a rpg

  • @au25 TROLL :P

i never said rage is bad, but of course, that's the only way that you could possibly picture what i'm saying, which is because you have a small brain, with a big hole in it :D there, happy now?

  • @dsub1994

    Right

falout 3 comes out, idiots are like "oh this game is a copy of bioshock"

    (ಠ_ಠ)

borderlands comes out "oh this game is a copy of fallout 3"

    (ಠ..ಠ)

    bulletstorm "looks like borderlands"

    "(ಠ^ಠ)"

rage "its like fallout 3 and borderlands"

Yet id said it multiple times that its a shooter not an rpg or a sandbox game and that when it come out you will see its diffirent than those games, but i guess clueless idiots will keep on hating.

  • @au25 whatever

  • @au25 yousoundmadbro? whyyoumadbro? umadbro?

  • Fallout 4 and doom 4 on the rage engine

  • Love the ending. I Lol'd :)

  • get this game man- rage

  • @WXlllR Do you think I should get this or new vegas? I loved fallout 3.

  • i declare BS on that last part those guys where using BS tactics but nice ending

  • i cant wait for this game but everyone says the endings crap, is it that bad?

  • The beginning of the game reminds me of Borderlands.

  • I don't know about other players, but I've been playing this game for over a month now and it's still fun to go into the sewers or bash tv and destroy some mutants, mixing up the weapons as you go. Mowing down mutants is a hoot!

  • wow, I just read that little Fallout vs Rage war below and this is what I have to say: Shut the fuck up and enjoy whatever game you like more. No one cares what games you think are better. Your opinion doesnt mean shit to anyone.

  • This is a great game, I hope there is a sequel

  • Holy shit this guy can play this game really well? I had a hard time going through that territory.

  • Rage is amazing- took me abit to get into it, but when I did was so rewarding. Great game here's hoping for some story dlc

  • i want to get rage or skyrim but cant decide! cant afford both right now.a little advice?

  • @101drowsy Definitely Skyrim. Rage is amazing but Skyrim is a million times better. And Skyrim will take weeks to finish everything on a single profile and there will still be more things to do.

  • @strongtheory i dont get that, so wtf is a game takes more team to "finish everything" if everything is the same thing copy and pasted and overall BORRING to do so.

I have not played skyrim but i have played the last 3 bethesda games and they are pretty much copy and paste with shitty shooting mechanics and borring main story.

RAGE is shorther but every part of the game is memorable ,the shooting is just as good as fps outhere and the enviroments are great.

  • Agreed, should have been a designed open like Fallout 3

  • @Mach06GT my god i wanna punch people like you in the face.

i mean FUCK we already HAVE fallout 3 and new vegas, and yes they are open but main quest is BORRING and the areas you visit are copy and paste and the gunplay is SHIIIITT

Rage is NOT an rpg or an open world game, if you expect 100 hours of levelign up and exploring a big map of identical dungeons dont play it

THIS IS AN FPS with solid shooting like the linear scripted fps outhere but it has MORE than that with nonlinearity and races

  • oh shut up

this game is just one of the most disappointing games of 2011

6-7 years of development, all those bullshit hype and all we get is just measly 10-12 hours of gameplay

i even pre-ordered this game on steam only to be riddled with bugs/texture problems/lags and all manner of bullshits

the game probably has no story at all, stupid ending, repetitive mid to end game, etc...

if ur looking to buy this game then no, rent it or borrow it from some1 else

    definitely not worth it

  • @SpadeAce90

YOU shut up, itwas meant to be a fps not an open world game id games not having a good story, waht else is new?

The shitty pc version i can understand, but id rather play this than a very linear and scripted fps that you peopel keep buy and for the record id rather this than borring repetation like elder of scrolls, fallout 3 and borderlands.

  • @au25 elder scrolls, fallout 3 and borderlands considered repetitive?

son, i have no idea what ur talking about

you have got to stop playing games right now before ur brain gets damaged permanently

  • @SpadeAce90 "son you have no idea what you are talkinga bout"

    Sounds about right kid.

Explain me how are they NOT repettive. Borderlands is a grind game, all you do is the SAME THING ALL OVER and every time you get slighty better, there is no story or interesting missions and varied situations even the enemy types are similar.

As for fallout 3 and oblivion, after visiting the 10403545th identical copy and paste dungeon, yes it became fucking repettive.

But ofcourse some kids are retarded.

  • @au25 yeah, some kids are still retarded, that includes you, borderlands is pretty much a bit repetitive but it is still a better game

as for fallout 3 and oblivion, they provide weeks/months of gameplay, awesome story, kick ass music and tons of weapons

rage? even if i played it slowly, taking my time to savour it, doing EVERY mission in the game, i can finish it in one day

i am pretty sure that if u are a braindead rage fan, the devs always mention that it is huge and open world

  • @SpadeAce90 Nope its not a better game, its a copy and paste with lack of color and you do is grind to level up and have a shitty combat with a shitty sp campaign.

fallout 3 has no vehicles, shity campaing shittier combat and terrible npc and dialogues and ofcourse the same godamn copy paste level design and texture all over.

Weeks/months of gameplay when you coud SIMPLY play the 4-5 diffirent things it has and finish and replay it rather do the SAME FUCKIGN SHIT all the time

  • @au25 i swear i have noticed you before making immature troll comments and calling them legit... especially on bf3 trailers

  • @TheWoWadicted i got a point they are all idiots.

  • Well it is the first Rage who knows maybe there will be a part 2

  • Oh man, every time you enter a different clan hideout it's a different feel. Next to the Ghost Hideout, the Jackal hideout had the be one of the most atmospheric and adreneline pumped parts of the game. So glad I got Rage :>

  • hoiw do u get the sentry gun and the spider thingy im in the last mission and still dont have any of that.

  • @raul1794 You'll have to buy schematics from the shop in Wellspring, or the adv. schematic in Subway Town.

  • the enviroments are cool but the guns look like boderland graphics

  • This reminds me of Krom's Canyon from Borderlands - fuck yeah!

  • OCE I FIND U

  • LOL i thought this was a video for brink. nvm this game is actually pretty sweet

  • If skyrim bombs as hard as this game did i will cry

  • To be honest it seems like a new and improved borderlands

  • @EviLVirtus it looks like but play totally different.

  • Took me 27 hours on hardest difficulty, but I also like to take my time with these games, did every single thing in the game but idk how it took me so long and also the online gameplay is fun, so I think this game will give me over 100 hours of gameplay over the course of the next couple of months.

  • If they put this game off, I imagine we would have Skyrim by now...

  • Looks EXACTLY like Borderlands...

  • at about 1:45 I totally heard Rambo music

  • It was a great game, to be honest. But in all honesty, it isn't really worth the $60 for a 15 hour campaign. There was so much more that could have been done with the game, they should have expanded on it and made it a huge open world game.

Good game, just not worth the $60. It literally is a 15 hour campaign. I got all the achievements/trophies for it within a week and traded it back in, and I did 3 playthroughs. Great if you're going to rent it or wait for the price to drop a bit, though.

  • @organizedConfoosion

Quality time vs. quantity? The cost of a movie that lasts about 2 hours is around 20 bucks, here you have a solid, INTERACTIVE & incredibly detailed adventure lasting 15 hours for 60 bucks. It's by far the superior medium as far as immersion goes & one helluva achievement what they can do with games today to put you in a completely different universe altogether. Support this kind of game & perhaps lenghtier games like it can appear in the future,

  • @vidarmoose I loved the game, all I wanted was something a bit more expansive. The AI was great; how monsters took different and unique routes to get to you, how they reacted where they were hit instead of some generic scripted reaction thats found in shit games like COD, but a 15 hour campaign (including doing the obsessive compulsive achievement, it was only 15 hours long) was not worth the $60.

It was a fucking amazing game though, and I don't regret my money spent. I even pre-ordered it.

  • @organizedConfoosion

If you don't regret your money spent, then why are you saying it wasn't worth it at the same time haha? :P It was a good 15 hours, a good 15 hours COST 60 bucks. When I was a kid, any piece of crap game cost 60 bucks. this is an excellent game, & at 15 hours lenght, that's effin worth it man ;P

  • @vidarmoose Because it was a great fucking game, I don't regret spending my money on it at all. I'm merely suggesting to people that if a 15 hour campaign isn't long enough to them, they may want to consider waiting off on the price until it drops a little bit. $60 is a lot for a game you can get all the trophies/achievements for in 3 days.

  • @organizedConfoosion

Good quality costs, & if you shell out 60 you're giving the developer a chance to maybe branch out, get bigger & thus create more content in the same time, next time they make a game. Think of it like this, would you rather have a game at 15 hours lenght for 60 bucks, or no game at all? My guess is you'd rather have the game. Imagine yourself a couple hundred years ago & tell me 15 hours immersed in another world entirely of this quality wasn't worth 60 bucks ;)

  • @vidarmoose fuck no it wouldn't have been lol, $60 back then was like $5,000 today.

  • @vidarmoose A lengthier game nearly exactly like this is already out lol it's called borderlands. The graphics on this game are soo much better in this one, they failed when they didn't have as open a world and there was a weak coop. the whole campaign could easily been coop... You want a game that is like this but lengthier, wait till next year when borderland 2 comes out.

  • @DavidIsDaddy You know, it amazes me how stupid people are, borderlands has a SHIT campaign, EVERYTHING looks alike and its so damn bland and colorles.

Rage might not be as long but its FUN while it lasts, you complete the fucking game and not bored to death and it has variety in level design.

My fucking god, i mean FUCK i couldnt even finish borderlands so fucking borring.

  • @au25 Rage is JUST as repetitive as borderlands is. There is no skill tree nor can you level up in rage. It is an unfinished game. Borderlands had hundreds of guns and items to find that were hardly ever the same and you could play through and find more stuff the second time. I own both games, Borderlands took a while to beat and i was able to play it with my friends... rage took like 12 hours to beat. I never said rage didnt look amazing, i said the game has been done before. completely..

  • @DavidIsDaddy you can still upgrade stuff. But its an FPS NOT a RPG and NOT a MOTHERFUCKING OPEN WORLD GAME.

Its like this, fps nowdays are linear and scripted, so is rage but has a great amount of freeplay and extra shit to do eg the towns and racings. Also UNLIKE those 2 games it has SOLID shooting not crappy one hintered by rpg gameplay.

Borderlands had the SAME GUNS with diffirent stats and attachements, rage is not meant to be "beat" or completed 100% its meant to be fun while it lasts.

  • @au25 ...Borderlands is a FPS also, just a more in depth one with a bit of RPG in it. ITS NOT AN OPEN WORLD thus less ability to run around and do as you wish. FPS are linear and scripted if its not borderlands. Im not seeing the game of the year edition of Rage coming out anytime soon. PLUS borderlands came out in 2009 since then there have been several advances. why dont you take a look at borderlands 2 that will be out next year. its going to shit all over this game.

  • @DavidIsDaddy borderlands is an rpg, dipshit this IS a fps with no unbalanced gamepaly that you die becuase you aint high level enough.

    It is open world.

No more borderlands for me, dead island pwns it.

Seriously keep playing your borring borderlands and grinding that shit doing quests with no story, or should i say shitty story and no voice acting and garbage shooting.

  • @au25 annnnddd unlike Rage, you can actually go back and play wherever you would like instead of losing everything when you start over. i love how angry you are :-) makes me happy

  • @vidarmoose lol comparing movies to games? gtfo

  • @organizedConfoosion look they made it clear its a fps not a sandbox game i prefer that than repettive dungeons on fallout 3. Also buy not buying this and buying mw3 or bf3 you only make them believe that you want to play linear scripted fps.

  • @au25 Who said anything about buying MW3 or BF3? I support these games completely (RAGE, that is), but you were a fucking errand boy the whole game. The engineering of the game itself was amazing and I haven't seen anything like it, but you're just talking out your ass.

I didn't like FO3 anyway, the environments were way too bland for me to go on past 3 hours of gameplay; and yes I realize it was a post-apocalyptic setting, but still.

No one mentioned FO3, MW3, of BF3 but you.

  • @organizedConfoosion LOOK you must be retarded, to not get that every fps nowdays has a scripter linear sp, and this game DID NOT buy people bought the types of fps i mentiononed above and thus why we gonna keep gettin shit like this.

Admit it, wasnt the campaign better than cod, fear, moh ,bf3, homefront, crysis 2?

Dont compare tthis with fallout 3 or borderlands it might be less but you actually play the game through and not get bored, we essentially saying the same thing.

  • @au25 LOL, yumadbro?

First of all, I didn't compare anything to FO3 or any other game to begin with lmao, you're the one that mentioned them, dumbass.

Second, You were a fucking errand boy literally the whole game.

Third, I didn't say anything bad about the campaign other than it was only 15 hours long.

Fourth, of course it was better than COD's campaign, lmao. COD is a multiplayer-focused game, not campaign. You're an idiot for even mentioning it.

Fifth, why the fuck are you so mad?

  • @organizedConfoosion I played 30 hours of it, I did everything. Met everybody. Explored every place.

  • @attackzac21 Same here, and I did it in 15 hours. The other 2 playthroughs I did were really rough and quick, and lasted about 11 each.

All 3 were on Nightmare difficulty as well, seeing as Nightmare on this game was basically nothing as long as you whore the combat shotty, wingsticks, and advanced sentry bots (when you get them, of course).

Game was easy, but a great game, nonetheless.

  • @organizedConfoosion no game is worth 60$, but that's just their price when they come out. Probbly in a year it won't be worth more than 20$

  • @organizedConfoosion I got this game at Target for 20 bucks though? o:

  • @organizedConfoosion that's why i paid 30$ of it xD

  • @organizedConfoosion that's why you wait 2 months and get it $20 on steam :)

  • @knieveljaja Haha, I was super hyped for the game and I didn't want to wait a few months even though I knew the campaign would be short. Was a great game, but after playing through it twice I had this terrible feeling that it was a slight waste of money on my part.

  • @organizedConfoosion yea. after that happened to me on a few games (stupid Crysis 2), now i just wait for every game (if it's on steam at least) since deals happen so quickly. but rage is great so far.

  • @organizedConfoosion 15hours campaign is very good dude, call of duty tipically ends in 4-6h, other games like fallout are bigger because they're open world but travelling sometimes is boring and takes most of the time you were supposed to be shooting and stuff. Borderlands was pretty big and had a lot more of 'action time' but the graphics and the details weren't as good. For a game to be bigger sometimes you have a lot of tradeoffs

  • @WXIIIR Borderlands graphics is meant to be that way.

  • @Gu3RRRilla Yes Borderlands graphics sure are meant to be 'cartoonish' and i absolutely love it, BUT they can be cartoonish with better detail, or are you implying that for those kind of graphics the graphics quality used in the game is as good as it could possibly be and has no room to improve (and so that borderlands 2 will have exactly the same graphics quality)? I guess you didn't understanded a word i said

  • @WXIIIR The graphics in Borderlands were meant for that art style, dude. It was a different approach to shooters like TF2 did.

And COD campaings are short because they're geared more towards the online play, not the campaign. If you play COD for the campaign, then you're missing the reason why they made it to begin with. 15 hour campaigns aren't much when you have the time to dedicate to a game (like I did that week it came out), because you can run through it in like 2 days.

  • @organizedConfoosion Do you realize that nothing that you said has anything to do with what i said? The fact is that a game (independently on the price) takes up a certain amount of space, and to have more 'map' or 'campaign' time (places to explore) the size of the place that you can explore reduces as quality increases leaving you less stuff to explore hence less game time, on 'open world' you don't have so much 'quality' but you sure have more 'quantity'

  • @organizedConfoosion Continuation. I Knew that about Borderlands, however i can't see how my comment can possibly be related to what you said about borderlands. As quality and detail has absolutely nothing to do with it being a new approach to first person shooters, as i used borderlands as an example i could have used fallout 3 or new vegas because to my point it was exactly the same thing

  • Don't buy it. It's extremely hyped

  • I want to buy pc games bcuz it seems more practical than those console games but im only 12 and i dont have any money!!!!

  • @regulushero people like you are the reason I don't wear my headphones online. Quit bitchin so much.

  • crack free /watch?v=A14hCLp6AlI

  • Its like borderlands... only more borderlands.

  • The graphics and the racing were great.. Everything else I didn't like... The story lacked feeling and purpose (your going to feel like an errand boy pretty quick). The melee could have been more useful once your up close and wanna kick some ass. There's just nothing in the combat aspect that gives this game its own "RAGE" feel.

  • How can people not like this game.

  • -sigh- Bethesda always makes the good things :)

  • This will always look too much like borderlands for me to take it seriously.

  • Definitely made with dedication and attention to detail

  • is this freeroam like any other bethesda game or its just a storyline chapter by chapter?

  • This guy is OBVIOUSLY aimbotting. His cross hair is always pointed directly at their heads when he looks through his scope. xD

  • @DairyKing700

Nah he's not, there's a slight auto-aim when looking down the sight on any of the weapons, like on the campaign mode of Call of Duty.

  • @DairyKing700 Not at 2:27

  • This is officially the biggest Borderlands rip off I've ever seen in my entire fucking life.......

  • @ArrrPirate666

Borderlands was announced in September 2007, whereas RAGE was announced in August 2007, at which time they had already made a trailer.

  • @icanalpounding

You're definitely right, I still don't believe that they weren't massively influenced by Borderlands though if they've had this much time to work on it though...

  • sooo sick

  • this looks fucking amazing

  • The gameplay is slow and really boring. I thought the game would get better as it goes, but it gets more and more boring. Some interface options for the pc are poorly configured. Even at higher difficulty settings, the game is too easy and very predictable. The AI in the game is impressive at times, but extremely dumb at other times. However, the graphics and atmosphere are VERY impressive. Best I've seen in quite some time... The exhausting driving from point A to B really kills the game.

  • @polkunus You must have ADD if you think this game is slow. It's not at all.

  • This game looks bad ass but i heard its short idk if i should buy it. Is it shorter than lets say, fable 3? what about halo 3?

  • @3113Jessie Dude the xbox 360 ships on THREE dual layer dvd's, Can't be that short. Plus loads of critics praised the "numerous and entertaining side-quests" go for it man.

  • @3113Jessie definately not shorter than halo 3. Havent played fable 3 though. Right now I'm still in the first town (wellspring) and doing like the final mission in it. I've been doing literally every side quest and race I could find. So far I'm about 10 hours in the game. Then I still have the whole next area to the game to complete. I'm estimating It will take me about 17 hours to finisht he whole game, which is pretty long for an FPS.

  • Very cool, but some of the enemies are freaking bullet sponges.

  • this gameplay sucks, i frekin hate this game and the person who made this is an idiot for bloody wasting his time

  • @PYROMANIAC881 why ? is it because you have to shoot them too many times? or???

  • Jhon Carmack is a BOSS

  • 22 Gig tech demo.

  • @davelowe its not even that, even mw2 and doom 3 look better on my pc.

  • very short game

  • @gogalive2 You're kidding, right?

  • holy ****. that was intense.

  • @PAVI259 me too. How to solve it? Or normally it is less detail and blur.

  • have wingstick, will travel

  • Okay so after the RAGE patch for PC, I'm still getting texture pop in, but not that much, even thouhg my computer should run it well, it seems to be at 60 FPS. Also, on 16x AA the game is slightly blurred and much less detailed for me, what's wrong?

  • HELP... somebody help me plz, i have the mission ((Jackal Canyon: Recover the Decrypter)) but i dont know how to get there! rare!

  • Comment removed

  • lol it is borderlands but in HD

  • @jaykbel77 at leat i didnt fuck my mom bich

  • is the enviornment and graphics of borderlands this good?

  • DATE UN OCCHIATA AL MIO CANALE PER IL GAMEPLAY ITALIANO DI RAGE IN HD!!

  • I can see how some people think this is like Borderlands and whatnot, but RAGE was in development LONG before Borderlands was even an idea. No, it's not Fallout 4, no, it's not Borderlands 2, AND FOR FUCK'S SAKE IT'S MADE BY THE GUYS WHO PIONEERED THE FPS GENRE, not by Bethesda. Bethesda only published it. id made the game.

  • @MoosaiLuver -facepalm-

Rage and borderlands were both in development roughly at the statement.

    Not long before.

  • looks great but i'm strapped with cash, so it looks like I'm gonna have to pass

  • Is this an open world game?

  • @Gu3RRRilla yes

  • Why dobt all of you dumbasses try it first before comparing it and go away if your not intrested please and fucking thank you

  • Just like Krom's Canyon from Borderlands only more visually stunning.

  • I sold it!

    After 3 hours ....:(

    Soooo boooooring!

  • ID fan from way back.. preordered Wolfenstien on floppies.. my mind is not blown by this.. i was expecting to be like HOLY>>>>!! For me Borderlands was more fun. I run Nvidia and still had graphics glitches and bugs. dunno I dont feel like Johns bitch thats for sure.

  • @hermanbong1 are you talking about this or CoD?

  • stop compering games, ive never played eaither rage or borderlands but im quite sure both are good games, maybe they spent more time on this game and therefor its better. Tho, no of them beats goldeneye for N64 back at its days.

  • this game is way too small . i just beat it today and was like wtf?!!! thats it? looks amazing but i would like 20$ of my 60$ back that i paid for it. not worth buying at all. i do love how the enemy reacts to being shot. the ai is pretty cool and environments are great. but it is overall crap. very sad that i bought it.

  • the weapons looks like borderlands

  • Looks boring, then again theres to many fps games these days there all the same i'll stick with demons/dark souls

  • Y U NO Upgrading car?

  • borderlands seemed like it was a "test" game 0.o

  • Beat this mission last night fuckin love this game

  • Rage plays differently than New Vegas, its more of a Shooter, and there is no Leveling that I'm aware of. You cant join any of the Tribes/Clans, but you can help the locals. And there is a racing/vs racing mini game that lets you upgrade your vehicles.

I've been thinking about making a Jackal Clan helmet..
