Dude this is awesome Bass(Forte) is my favorite by far, my second is Zero, but nobody can compare to Bass even Rouge who replace him in the Star Force series.

Well, that's good, because MegaMan.Exe is not canon. Neither is Starforce. They take place in an alternate universe that never happened. All the other games, though- Classic, X, Zero, ZX, Legends... they're real.
I've thought similarly before, but there are certainly a large enough amount of personality differences to keep them different characters. Shadow is much more talkative and forms connections to the other characters. Forte remains silent, only talking when it's time to prove his power, or to take more.

But at first, remember how in SA2, Shadow was a bit less... talkative, only taking orders involving battling Sonic, and if not, he almost ran by his own accord? @krourou2 It's been far too long since I last played, but I remember him talking quite a bit. Forte tends to just sit still, especially during EXE. In Axess and Stream, he talks a bit more. Shadow? He had something to say almost every time he showed up. He was talkative. Shadow loved Maria and he ended up working with Sonic to beat... Solaris, was that the name of it? It's been too long... Why? To save everyone. Shadow's a good guy. Forte isn't.

He wanted Rockman's ultimate program to defeat Duo...., he saved Rockman from having to go to the undernet, also he defeated Slur, for his own purposes but still....I think that Forte isn't a bad guy...
@ChiyamaBunny Forte's reason for taking the ultimate program was to become the strongest netnavi. (He wanted the power in EXE as well, not just Stream.) He's not a bad guy--but he's not a good guy, either. He's not quite the anti-hero either, so Forte's a pretty unique character overall.
Proto'd beat him. They fight with the same range, and he's somewhat slower to begin with. Unlike other navi's, Proto also doesn't need a netop. Through the games and shows, he's run off on his own with a sword, and that was plenty.
"Savageman"s thing was that he was awesome 'cuz he had no netop. Mega beat Proto through "power of friendship!" I mean program advances. Which Savage doesn't have. Mega also has the advantage in range, which didn't help him against Savage due to his armor. Proto was fast enough to just dodge the bullets, Savage didn't CARE if he got hit.
Also, Proto beat Mega in the N1, and saved him during Axess.
Meh, I have to assume the bad guys power is multiplied, but the good guys remains static? Hahah, sorry, but I see no reason for Beastman to get a power boost. Dark Chips? Ultimate Program.
(The anime logic is still flawed. Even within itself. Good guys win 'cuz good. No point arguing, we can each support our own conflicting arguments to no avail.)

Well, having played the games, you've probably seen just about anyone can beat anyone. I mean, a Mettaur3 can kill you at max health. Pretty commonly, in some games. (3+5, I'm looking at you.)
I think that with enough thought, you could take almost any character and explain how it could beat another with proper strategy. It's all fun until you get two rivaling fans. Then we argue like earlier, and no true conclusion can be reached. Ah well, it's still somewhat fun anyway.

Savage/Beast is a beast. He doesn't need a beast. Give it to Forte where it belongs. (Falzar+Gospel or Gregar+Forte VS Gregar+Falzar+Rockman.) Win fight.
I imagined Falgre cross before it was formed, but left it at that. Excessive combining tends to be fail.
I knew of Bass before I knew of Beast. Seeing someone with a cape and that cold power... that's that. You can't convince me he'd be bowing to anyone. (Read the manga?) Mid fight he'd end up absorbing Beast's combinations... equal footing, aside from claws vs. massive bursts of energy.

Taller means slower. Physics. With all of Savage's own distractions, as well as Forte's, I don't see that much luck. Without absorbing Forte, he doesn't have a protective aura of his own. It's all a matter of whose world you're mind is in.

Wait, I thought Bass deleted Slur BEFORE the movie. He deletes her AFTER the movie? Okay, just trying to get my facts straight. I need to watch the series again....
Yeah, that comes after. I'm not sure if I explained it yet, but first he tries to steal Rockman's Ultimate Program. When he returns to Sci-Lab, he meets Slur, and fights her. She captures him in wire, and opens a portal to the Undernet. In the movie, he awakes in the Undernet, and gets possessed by Regal. Later in the movie, he gets forced into a portal to N.G. He defeats Nebula, and absorbs its power. Using that, he kills Slur at the end of Stream. (Episodes 50 or 51.) ^_^
Unfortunately, we don't see him in Beast or Beast+ at all. I guess there's a chance he searched for the Zoanoroids power, and the Cybeasts, so he went to Beyondard, and didn't come back. He also may have been somehow involved in the whole "Cache" thing, but I'm not sure. No clues at all. He's very... shady.

Change of heart? He was trying to make sure Megaman wouldn't stop him from becoming MORE powerful. When he goes into that dark hole, it's implied that he kills Nebula Grey and absorbs its power. *spoilers* In Stream, he uses that power to revenge kill Slur. (You see Nebula Grey's shadow, and you can even see that at 1:11 of my AMV.)
The characters do have some pretty cool and unique designs. I wish PETs/Netnavis were real. (I actually have a PET, but it's not like the ones in the game, or anime... Oh well.)
Strangely enough, it does. Me 'n' Chaos were trying to find one that fit, and I came up with that. Something seemed a bit... off about it, but it seems to match up with him after a while. (I thought it was because I was tired) :/

Well, a lot of people probably don't wear headphones when they watch this AMV. It makes all the difference. I matched clips with beats that you just can't hear without them.
With that in mind, it may seem a lot better. Youtube also lowers the quality, so it seems a bit less... awesome. I have a megaupload link from Chaos... somewhere.
I didn't mind the short comments though, at least it was something. It made me take a look at why some thought it was spectacular, others thought it was average.

I've noticed recently that, personality-wise, Forte is pretty much the Rockman.exe equivalent of Shadow the Hedgehog.
There are so many similarities, you could almost swear Forte died and was reincarnated as Shadow. o_o

Well, having played the games, you've probably seen just about anyone can beat anyone. I mean, a Mettaur3 can kill you at max health. Pretty commonly, in some games. (3+5, I'm looking at you.)
I think that with enough thought, you could take almost any character and explain how it could beat another with proper strategy. It's all fun until you get two rivaling fans. Then we argue like earlier, and no true conclusion can be reached. Ah well, it's still somewhat fun anyway.

Savage/Beast is a beast. He doesn't need a beast. Give it to Forte where it belongs. (Falzar+Gospel or Gregar+Forte VS Gregar+Falzar+Rockman.) Win fight.

I imagined Falgre cross before it was formed, but left it at that. Excessive combining tends to be fail.
I knew of Bass before I knew of Beast. Seeing someone with a cape and that cold power... that's that. You can't convince me he'd be bowing to anyone. (Read the manga?) Mid fight he'd end up absorbing Beast's combinations... equal footing, aside from claws vs. massive bursts of energy.
Think gun vs. tiger.

In the manga, the contact between Mega (Hub Style) and Forte was due to HS's attack... it was plenty enough to let Forte use Hub Style as well.
The way I'd see it, Forte would probably just stand there waiting for the first hit. Bad idea.
Then again, I've been coming up with ways for Forte to destroy just about any possible opponent for years. I pick up on things like that.

I've never seen him injured by a projectile attack. His aura was always plenty enough to disengage it. I'm not sure if he can or can't absorb those.
Facing an enemy with claws, I can't see it taking too long for him to come into contact.

Taller means slower. Physics. With all of Savage's own distractions, as well as Forte's, I don't see that much luck. Without absorbing Forte, he doesn't have a protective aura of his own. It's all a matter of whose world you're mind is in.

Physics? They have gravity and other aspects of physics. If you've got greater size and the same density, you have more mass. If you've got more mass, it takes more force to accelerate. (F=M*A)
Bass obtained his aura from the Life Virus (deleted.) It was upgraded as he absorbed other enemies.
It only takes a single distracting illusion to "tag" the slower BeastMan. Tag, you're dead.

Instinct. God of Instinct sounds cooler than God of Destruction. Ah well, Forte gets logic, instinct, and blowing stuff up.
Big Crunch is a theory of the universe ending where black holes absorb each other until all is absorbed. They eventually absorb themselves and release what they absorbed over time. (Overload.) Big Bang... I'm sure you know what that is.
I think fans mostly agree on what they want. To say the least, not what Capcom and Viz did... many fan re-writes would be better.

Heheh. If pain is your excuse for darkness, that's a bit weak. Darkness isn't about destruction, it's about dulling the senses of sight, and preying on fear. Those who are born in darkness, and fight through the light are the truly powerful. Those who slaughter from the shadows are inferior.
A common misconception that anything black is evil. Anything dark is corrupt. That's not true at all. I just like fighting those "dark" enemies, because they get home field advantage. Harder to take down.

The movie is before the last episode. (Near 28 or something, if I remember right.) Bass kills Slur in 50, I'm pretty sure.

*Stream Spoilers*
Yeah, that comes after. I'm not sure if I explained it yet, but first he tries to steal Rockman's Ultimate Program. When he returns to Sci-Lab, he meets Slur, and fights her. She captures him in wire, and opens a portal to the Undernet. In the movie, he awakes in the Undernet, and gets possessed by Regal. Later in the movie, he gets forced into a portal to N.G. He defeats Nebula, and absorbs its power. Using that, he kills Slur at the end of Stream. (Episodes 50 or 51.) ^_^

Unfortunately, we don't see him in Beast or Beast+ at all. I guess there's a chance he searched for the Zoanoroids power, and the Cybeasts, so he went to Beyondard, and didn't come back. He also may have been somehow involved in the whole "Cache" thing, but I'm not sure. No clues at all. He's very... shady.

Change of heart? He was trying to make sure Megaman wouldn't stop him from becoming MORE powerful. When he goes into that dark hole, it's implied that he kills Nebula Grey and absorbs its power. *spoilers* In Stream, he uses that power to revenge kill Slur. (You see Nebula Grey's shadow, and you can even see that at 1:11 of my AMV.)

Well, a lot of people probably don't wear headphones when they watch this AMV. It makes all the difference. I matched clips with beats that you just can't hear without them.
With that in mind, it may seem a lot better. Youtube also lowers the quality, so it seems a bit less... awesome. I have a megaupload link from Chaos... somewhere.
I didn't mind the short comments though, at least it was something. It made me take a look at why some thought it was spectacular, others thought it was average.
