This show had so much promise...Season 1 was brilliant! I forgave Season 2's flaws because of the writers' strike. But after that it just felt like the show had lost its charm. How many scenes were there of Claire getting angry at Noah for treating her like a child, only to forgive him later after he saves her life. I got so sick of her character. And the "action" scenes were so lacking! They even left out the fight between Nathan, Sylar and Peter, not the smartest of choices. Ah well, rant over

There is some truth to what slamt08 is saying, but i wouldn't put it in those words exactly. This analytical power is stereotyping Asians. I am pretty sure there was some protest against it from the Asian community and is probably why it was deleted. Corporate America has done other questionable things. Like Abercrombie released a line with the slogan, "Wong Brothers Laundry Service -- Two Wongs Can Make It White." Associating "far east wisdom" with someone Asian descent is stereotyping too.

They cut this because the general public despises wisdom and straight-forward intellect. It doesn't look good on tv this day of age. That is why this scene was deleted which also explains Kaito's early death. Along with that, the Vulcans were wiped out in the Star Trek movie. When a straight forward, non-exciting intelligent guy comes, they quickly remove him or rebuke them by using the elements of the show against them.

This deleted scene is still the info for Kaito Nakamura's power because Heroes had a book I saw at Walden Books. It had wonderful detail on all the Heroes, including Kaito, who they said had probability computation powers. I wonder if Kimiko Nakamura has that power as well, let alone any power (besides her knowledge).

Later, it was shown that he wasn't very sociable, but he stared at the trees and numbers, exploring his 4th world. The savants, like Daniel Tammet, are on youtube through documentaries.

the creators of this vid have said not to consider this to be true as it is only a deleted scene, that they did not decide to inlcude in the story line,however if you look in the web series this power is better then it seems. appaerently it can be used in real life situation, like nearly being hit by a truck, were the user will think so fast time would have appeared to have stopped for him to visible see what would happen in each possible senario. when they decide they can move in super speed

Now i get it, no wonder during the start of season 3, Kaito was able to make a tape to tell Hiro about not taking the formula out of the vault. And when Hiro took the formula out of the vault, there was already another video of Kaito scolding Hiro for taking out the formula. He could predict that Hiro was going to disobey instructions and take the formula out.

Charles Devoux's power was revealed by himself at the end of the 1st season... it was the ability of "see things that aren't there" or true-seen. That's the one Peter used when he met Claude, the invisible man. And about Victoria Pratt, we know little about her, maybe the writers will care to elaborate more on her story later.

I'm of the impression that Kaito knew who Adam was.  Angela says in either episode 10 or 11 of season 2 that they found out Adam had lived for 400 years after the forming of the company.

My guess is that Kaito knew who Adam had been, and that was what prompted him to teach his son about Takezo Kensei. But I don't know
