hi! i have the konad but sometimes i find my image won't pick up. i use the special polish & everything. it'll be working fine then it'll just stop picking up? ive tried using nail polish remover everytime i stamp and not doing that, but it still happens. does this ever happen to you? or do you know why it's doing this?

I have that same image plate and stamper, however when I scrape it there's a little bit of excess on the sides. I also took out the plastic on the front.

I was wondering why its not the same as yours when u do it?

@ILoveNLT i use missha nail polish sometimes and it works with konad. i hear that L.A colors nail polish works too. just find ones that are thick and pigmented that can turn your nails opque in one coat. they will work also

@ChloeeJoshTyla the non konad image plates have a film covering it. once you peel that off it will work fine. I'venever had problems with the konad plates. so i'm not sure why it would do that.

Hi! Just wondering.. Some people say that the Konad scraper is dangerous like a razor blade! True or not?

@berrymerrymakeup i dont think the konad scraper is sharp at all, it is just a flat metal plate that is used to scrape off excess nail polish. its not like a razor blade at all. However i do find that non konad image plates can be quite sharp on the edges so becaise of that. the konad stuff is very well made.

This is not konad plate #12, The plate in the vido has M37 on it and it is Octagon. Konad plates are round. Could you please tell us what company you got M37 from.
