I have a 300 GB hardrive on my laptop and after using my laptop it seems to be slowing down my 2 hypotheses are I have to much stuff on that hard drive or I have to reboot my computer.

I also have a 1TB external harddrive and wanted to know if it was possible to use it as added storage to my laptop. Once I put all my media on the external hard drive can I still see all my files via my laptop without having to go through my computer then F drive?

have you tried going to the root manually like if it is located in h:\ just go to the root which would be h:\ ,but if its not connected at all, then try calling customer support

just brought a SUMOdisk External 500Gb 3.5in Hard Disk Drive and on the maual it says its easy and quick but for me it is not.When i go to my computer it shows it as a usb port and i cant even open it becasue it says please insert a disc drive into drive E???? i dont get that and when i go to my computer managment and then disc management it is supposed to be in disc 1 but it is not there. i have tried everything
