I totally disagree!
How can destiny be so deterministic in the first place??
For me fate is a superstitious word to conclude a randomize event without looking at the human interference of choice unlike a deterministic way of choosing your path, within the less resistance.
That would be lazy and unthoughtful...

@FrancSquared Absolutely, the path of least resistance depends on your starting point and your composition.. so clearly its very individual.. but this is true for anything, I think.
