Love the video. After deleting and then reinstalling Form 7 and r-s-Captcha I follow until you get to Tools. Form 7 is not listed under the Tools heading. Have any ideas?

Fantastic! Really good tutorial. Although I did have some issues installing the plug-in through the admin panel. I ended up uploading the contact form 7 .zip file manually through my ftp server. After the plugin was activated I couldnt believe how simple it was. Saves messing around with heaps of PHP code and SMTP servers. Once again thanks!

I've changed the name of my Wordpress directory, and now my CAPTCHA isn't working. The Contact Form 7 was working perfectly before I changed it. Do you have any idea why?

No idea. If it were me, I'd try to turn off the CAPTCHA plugin and the Contact form plugin 7 then activate it again.
