At 2:15 when the leopard lands on that little area then switches directions and bounds down another 10 feet of jagged mountain I almost shat myself. Amazing agility, speed and balance. Didn't know there were animals that could move like that....

Why so sure? It just says the Himalayas. This mountain chain covers five (I think) countries: Bhutan, China, India, Pakistan and Nepal. Anyhow, these are very strange animals. Very shy, very much dispersed. Sometimes I get the feeling that cheetahs have a better chance of survival.

Absolutely amazing hunt! No wonder they're so rarely caught on film especially a clip of an actual hunt. I'm impressed the camera man kept up with her so well. But it was such a shame she lost that goat. That could have fed her and her cub for at least a few days... I love snow leopards. They are one the most majestic of creature or beast.

It's not like they swim and I'm sure he was serverly injured by not only the fall but the snow leopard's knawing on his back leg to subdue him before the fall couldn't have helped.
