Hi. you should just search for "print screen" on the help section of your computer and it should tell you how. On my computer to take a picture of a web page, i just press ALT + the Prnt Scrn button on my keyboard. Then go to a word document or email and right click. Select paste and it should paste it. hope this helps!

No you don't understand. The person who signed/joined under me gave me a completed credit. Today I find out that it gets taken away for some reason, after about 2 months. I spoke with TIR this morning and the issue has been resolved.. it was only happening for about 24 hrs. So if you know of any refrrals you should have. just email their support and they can correct it.

I have been assured this will not happen again. The issue was clearly identified and isolated, so no other similar issues can happen.

They also said, most all referral credits have been righted, however they may have missed a couple, so send them the info and they can fix it.

Just so everyone is aware there was an issue with people not getting credit for referrals.On the page where you enter your email addy it looked like you were being referred, but on the 2nd page when you entered your info it said you were not being referred.

I emailed support and this issue has been resolved.If you know of any people who used your referral link and you didn't get credit you need to email their support.
