  • Did you made this video to have a lot of thumbs down possible???

on Dec 10, 2007 there was no graphics card to play this game at these settings.. But at this time the best graphics card in the whole world ( NVidia GeForce GTX 580 ) could do it

  • @Mr2pacLegend it was not posible to run Crysis all high, so alot of thumbs down from Noobs who didnt know what 1080p did on MSAA and Q16 level AA Realtime rendering in the CryEngine 2.

Look what the 580 in Sli can do on the CryEngine 3, like the nurb hardware models for DX11, Cascaded Light Propagation Volumes for Real Time Indirect Illumination. Still giving me slo frame rates in All High 1080p res on the Pier Demo Map.

  • słaba karta graficzna

  • PC LMFAO PS3 IS THE NEXT GEN YOU LOSE FUCK PC laggy ass bullshit

  • @edmasterson retard

  • What resolution and gpu are you using?

  • @illmagnified 8800 Ultra, E6600, 4 GB.

  • @lucasrem- Thats a sick setup, what resolution are you using and what speed is your E6600 running at?

  • @illmagnified This video must be 4 years old, back then it was a cool system. Most E6600 run at 3 GHz.

You can run this allhigh in 1080p@60Hz, you need a i7 and 2 fast sli GTX GPU's

  • @lucasrem You don't need that caliber of a system to run Crysis at those specs, How do I know, I play at 1920X1080 on my 40"+32" Sony HD WideScreen LCD's- its run by a GTX 275 OC Edition 4X AA everything maxed out at Very High. (i have since SLI'D it but a single GTX 275 played it no problem)- with a 3.6GHZ Intel Core 2 Quad, 8GB OCZ Reaper-X Memory, 780i Tri SLI Mobo, 3 Terrabytes storage in Raid-0 etc etc etc.

  • Next Gen gaming PC my ass. Nobody could play with that delay.

  • thats why i posted this video 2 years ago...

now everybody can run crysis FullHD Qx16 with Geforce 280 SLI and faster.

  • 16xQ with 20fps!! =/

  • more like 11 so dam slow!!!!!!

  • Ny TьI ToPmA3

  • I have a 19" monitor

    Blue keyboard

    Pikachu mousepad

    Could I run this?

    PLEASE HELP!!!

  • No need a windows pc?

  • you'll have to give us a little bit more of your system specs....

your keyboard and monitor and escpacialy not your mousepad has nothing to do with your games!

  • Well, you got the joke...

    [sarcasm/]

  • that is very dumb specs. give more information like the processor speed, and graphics card type.

  • Again... it was a joke...

  • that depends,

is it Ash's pikachu and how blue is your keyboard?

  • haha you made me laugh thank you :) and for ppl who didnt get it =/ WAS A JOKE OMG ^^

  • Your comp SHIT! crysis brakes! LOL!!!!

  • 16X AA; LOL?

  • трахнись об стенку

  • Rusian bullshit?

  • Yes. Russian is just "mememememme ruski homo" lol :P

  • what is " ruski homo"?

  • haha noob pc

  • common thats like cRap framerate, buy yourself 2x readon4800 crossfire and tweak them abit for speed and a good price..

  • Why do i need AMD? Iam not that poor!

  • what kind of logic is that you're using?

I too use NVIDIA, but using AMD doesn't mean you're poor wtf lolz

and give us your PC specs so we can tell you if your computer is worthy of being considered "Next Gen Gaming PC".

Seeing you play the game at 15 FPS does not seem to help your computer maintain its "title"...

  • Haha this pc and this video is very old as you can see. My old computer was the "Next Gen Gaming PC" according to Nvidia in 2007! But Nvidia called it HD Gaming back then haha......

AMD stuff is cheap for people who cant buy Nvidia for any reason.

  • Errr... I used Nvidia. Chose ATI Radeon 4850 1gb over 9800GTX+ and I am not regretting it. Iget 35fps on very high benchmark. Only bad thing is lack of driver updates and no support for physx or video converting on GPU.

  • ur life must be so interesting

  • Does anyone know if I can play this (on very high) with a 4GHz processor and a HD 4870 (512 MB) and also 4 GB of ram?

  • Maybe you find it out o_O

  • Actually a 1 GB version.

  • loser

  • i have quad core 3.5 , 9800 gt 4g ram ... runs smooth on 1680x1050 !!

  • try to run it in DirectX 10, with Q16 AA, you get someting like this haha

  • wow lag, thats some shit old pc

  • On new pc's you get the same, core2 q6600 is not that old, is your pc faster?

Only 3Sli GTX280 i7 965 can run q16 1080p all high crysis smooth, but thats for freaks like me only..

  • you dont need anti-aliasing at 1920x1080, low resolutions need it because of the amount of pixels on screen, not enough to show a clear concise picture without jaggies, so theres no need for anti-aliasing at all on 24" and above monitors and HDTVs.

  • For >40""screens you will see what this does. This is new ms aa and csaa, This techniques of color optimization allows 16X to look crisp and sharp specely on big screens, on your size maby not?

  • i do see jagged edges in some games, but thats from badly optimized resolutions, i dont see any jagged edges in crysis on my 24" dell, its as crisp and clear as the real thing.

  • Than something is wrong with your eyes ;-)

  • nope, 1920x1080 is crisp and clear, try a high resolution and youll see, in fact ive recorded a video at 1280x720, have a look in my videos

  • i will look at your video post now......

  • you are a bit right there, the crytek engine has a something in there that already rounds off the edges.. (!!)

  • its not anti-aliasing, if yu have anti-aliasing on then the leaves will look transparent around the edges, that what antialiasing does, it fills in jagged edges with transparent textures. this is not evident in crysis.

  • if you have set your resolution to the proper setting you wont get those ugly edges.

  • if you set your resolution high enough you won't get rid of that ugly framerate :P

  • Worst video ever. Worst comp ever.

  • you dont have a better pc!

  • what makes u think YOU have the best pc ?? worst lag ever by the way

  • This video post is not a showoff who's got the best pc, lol guess you tought it was haha.

I posted this video to show how Q16 AA runs on a Nvidia card.

    .

Nowdays you can run this in 1920x1080p, you need a core 2 95xx or fast i7, with 280 or 295 in sli.

  • LAG

  • Why cant you write in english? or are france canadians to stupid to make sentences (ading more that one word)

Yeas this video is kinda slo, like you, bad hardware!

  • My computer will get 10 frame rate and below at 8xQ AA in all high setting.

  • that to low to make movies, 24 is like cinema!

  • Wow , i didn't know that both of us used gaming pc to play games like spore and Thesims2.

  • lol, that is pretty good, but I am thinking of Crysis 64x AA on a 2x GTX 380 SLI with An Ageia physix card, so all your GPU performance can be put into your shader and Geometrics, all the physics will be taken care of by the Physix card.

  • cuda runs Nvidia physix better then a single ageia card can run it. No need for an extra card when you have two gtx380's

  • Oh my god! this is really freaking laggy! =D hurrah to next gen pc 2008, my f**king computer ran better with very high on XP, using fraps, and I still get all the effects dx 10 does.

  • Nvidia didnt have a solution for Qx16 back in 2007, this was the best they can do.

Now you can run this with GTX280 in Sli.

  • hmmm, Intel I7 extreme, Nvidia GTX380, 12gb RAM,512 gb SSD @ raid0, Alienware ces 210 OLED cruve prototype, how does that sound for Crisis?

  • You better not buy a alien's wear Dell now, if you order now, by the time you get in they are bankrupt haha, joking.

Cool, cpu i7 but wait the urly models are to slo. or cost real money, $K digits.

I dislike SLI, one GPU. Sli = marketing Deal only!

curved Alienware screen is to small, gaming is better on >56' 1920x1080.

  • damn dude i didnt know GTX380 existed yet. but yeah dont buy manufactured computers. best off to build them, especially in the economy today, lots of computer companys may go bankrupt like lucasrem said. if you know how to build a computer, do it because it will run alot faster then if you were to buy one and you will save money,

  • There will be a next Nvidia GTX model in januari i think its called GTX290, the GTX380 is comming from jayxtreme

  • Since you love to Alt-Tab, you should get a quad core cpu- I have an Intel Core 2 Quad 3.4GHZ, and while running a burn in test after i finished putting together my most recent gaming PC- I ran Crysis while running an anti-virus scan, and the Unreal III Benchmark that was also running in window mode on my 19" HD WideScreen LCD which is paired together with a 22" HD WideScreen so i can monitor everything at once. My Rig Didnt skip a beat, that would be impossible on a single Core.

  • How do you guys afford this shit??!

  • Its funny, Gaming Pc's are often referred to as being to expensive. In reality it really isn't, in fact for the price of the PS3 when it was first released at $600 bucks, you can build a Crysis playing Gaming Rig for the same amount of money. Heres what you can get for $650 bucks.

    Amd Athlon X2 6400+

    Nvidia 9600GT SuperClocked

    2Gb Ram

    250Gb Hard Drive

    Socket Am2 Sli Motherboard

Antec 300 Case with 500 watt PSU.

This configuration DESTROYS a PS3 in performance and processing power, does more to.

  • well that's because ps3 is a rip, and still is a rip. 360 WAS a bad deal, and it evened out, about 350-400 will get you the best xbox you can buy right now. besides, 650 bucks will MAYBE get you the parts only for what you're saying, so unless you can actually BUILD pcs that's useless. plus, pc has SOOOO much more bullshit like hackers and cheats galore for online, AND, ps3 fuckin sucks it's like a gmc yukon and a cadillac escalade, same shit more expensive box.

  • PS3 is actually really good in terms of raw power, it's much more powerful that the 360. Unfortunately, there aren't many exclusives which show off it's full potential. Killzone 2 looks like it's gonna be good though!

  • The PS3 really is the best deal out of the bunch. The 360 is the biggest rip. Its a gaming machine manufactured to the cheapest bidder. Its an expensive DVD player with a gpu in it. The PS3 for $399 comes with Blu-Ray, a Cell cpu and the RSX which completely outclasses the competition in the console arena. Of course a low end PC still destroys any console by alot, the PS3 still is a great deal.

  • A PS3 system and other consoles like the 360 are totaly not able to run this DX10 games. They use shared memmory and outdated GPU en CPU.

PS3 is like a celeron PC with GPU onboard.

  • No not at all man, dont get me wrong, im a PC Gamer through and through, hell you only need to go on my youtube account page to see that, but the PS3 is alot faster than the average PC like the Celeron with onboard GPU's. Todays average PC is a little different considering theyre coming with Athlon X2's and Core 2 Duo's and Quad Cores and Triple Core CPU's with Nvidia 8600GT's and ATI 4830's stuffed in them and sell for $700 bucks, they beat PS3's by alot, but not Celerons and onboard GPU's.

  • Dedicated GPU/CPU memory is what games need, not shared memory onboard like the PS3 and 360, its cheap like the celoron stuff.

A Windows Intel/Nvidia Gaming pc needs more!GPU with 128/256 steaming cores and over a 1GB Gb. And A Core2 or i7 CPU With 4 Gb ram.

Thats stuff consoles need too, till then they make celeron with onboard grafics!

  • What kind of display you got- it looks like its ghosting terrible, Also why play with such horrid lag?- you seem to have a decent machine but its no where fast enough to run this game at 16X- hell anybody can crank up their AA and have it lag like that but whats the point? I play at 1680X1050 everything at Ultra High with the Crysis Realism mod, It enhances the games visuals DRASTICALLY-At 1680X1050 the jaggies arent so terrible that i need 16X AA at the cost of the game running like your video.

  • laaaaaaaaag!!!!!!!!

  • can you make a better aa qx16 video in high ress? I think not with todays hardware......

  • today yes but a year ago when you made it it was really difficult under 5000 euro no way!!

  • of course you can.. a 280GTX can or another example the 4870X2 could run it on a fairly res with X6 AntiAliasing

  • damn it.

    he talking about 16QxAA!

    no 6xAA

  • ma bad

  • waht graphics card was that u didnt not say

  • laaag hahahahaha no was fun ^^

  • too slow man...

  • why the tough language, its tjust a GPU. AMD makes good GPU too.

  • What's the fucking point of this video???

  • questioning the capability of MS AA Q16 on Nvidia's GPU.

  • That's very nice, but still a bit killer on the FPS. Either get some RAM, or use a less laggy recorder, I understand they tend to do that. :/

  • hmm i see you have problems with graphic my ati 4870 x2 plays qiut normal with many explosion on very high

  • don't you love this "ohh, the 4870x2 beats the gtx280" argument. Put short, yes it does. Because it''s a crossfire on one card. Funny how 2x 4870x2's in a crossfire gets beaten by 3x gtx280 in an sli. I like ati, they keep the market going. But I prefer nVidia, always have, they're just getting a little overpriced and starting to piss off their top end customers by making them buy a new card every half a year or so lol. Leaked spec's of the gtx 3 series looks awesome ;)

  • until ati beats it and then nvidia beats them and then ati beats them and then... who cares

  • agreed, i just go with the best bang for buck high end video card, just so happens its ATI at the moment. when nvidia do the comeback i'll probably migrate. Nvidia does have physx cuda enabled though, so they'l probably release a killer GPU in q1 of 09

  • ihave AMD + i got Nvidia ??? dont mean u ent got enough money

    why is this Laggy :(

  • Try to run MSAA Qx16 in 1920x1080 on your AMD GPU (formal ATI), and you can see for yourself!

  • lol it's still laggy

  • Its not "Next Gen Gaming PC".. its "Next Gen Laggy PC"

  • You need to learn more about MSAA Qx16 before saying its laggy......

Even with a Triple SLi 280GTX it looks laggy! Use AA 1X and it looks smooth.

  • but you have to agree that you cant advertise with something laggy..

  • It's a benchmark, that's why it's slow..

  • that explanes your BMW M3 or M5, you only need a race track for that kinda power......

  • definitely stunning graphics. i just hope the new crysis doesn't tone down the graphics since Crytek is planning to go easy on the system requirements.

  • thanks, i will check this fraps right now, hpe i works on DX10 Vista64.o

  • oh, eah..... 3-5fps in cpu test that cool

  • yeah its this, or 1200W and tripple SLI 280 GTX.

That needs more power then my washing/dryer.

  • thats laggy.

  • dah i know that, do you whant to make a point?

  • use high settings w/o aa/af ))) I not see much difference in gaming)

  • Maby Stanbony can beat this?

  • every 6 months a game company releases a game thats considerably unplayable due to its massive amount of graphic display , every 6 months a new more powerful video card comes out for that fkn game and every time noob gamers fall in the profit rat race companies set em up in.

  • Maby you are right or for you its so. Crysis is the First real DX10 Game, so its used as a benchmark. This game runs good in medium to high on the 8800GTX, that card is from 2006.

Now we have pc's with 3X GTX 280, and i dont see any new games for that yet.....or do i have to wait for 6 month?

  • hey is like 64 bit os meant for games or something? better performance?

  • If the game is written for x64 windows it runs better on a x64 os. With Vista x64 you can use more resourses (+8GB Ram SLI etc) than with XP.

  • nvidia ass rapes ati until its asshole resembles raw hamburger. ;] :P

  • only if your mother is a raw hamburger..

  • LOL ill give you that one.

that wasnt bad, not bad at'tall. :P

  • maybe, but nVidia is fucking expensive, ATI has the best bang for your buck, i.e HD 4850.

  • mmm yes, thats true. nvidia is rather pricy. personally im just a nvidia kinda guy. maybe ill try out a radeon some time though.

  • Go for the GTX 280 more value for money!!

  • this is true! actually just read a review on it in PC Gamer, and i must say, it left me drooling. a single GTX 280 beat out TWO 9800's in SLI while playing crysis [[more fps]]

considering its around the same price for a 9800 as it is for a GTX280, i NEEEED tyo get one. :P

  • You are right, Nvidia has the best stuff nowdays.

Dont rush to the stores, by Cristmas prices we be reasonable, more value for your money then.

  • When i read ur comment, i tought u wrote BEFORE the release of the 4800 HD series of ATI...

    But then "2 weeks ago"...

Guess u have bad information huh?

  • AMD is only for people how dont have the money for Nvidia!

  • LOl 4870x2 pwns in both technology and power the GTX200 series. Stop beeing a fanboy. I had an 7600gt of nvidia for a long time, almost bought a 8800gts, but since radeon got better on this last generation, why bother buy a expensive 9800gtx? Radeon is pwning right now.

  • Umm...the 9800gtx beat the 4000 series in a few tests...

  • few, but not most, also the 4850 drains less power, has more theoretically process power, is 15~25$ cheaper, and is quieter. Of course the 9800gtx has some advantages but isnt even the direct competitor to the 4850, the direct is the 9800gtx+ with is much more expensive. Since i dont have neither crossfire or sli platform, why bothering ati? Also i was comparing the crappy GTX200 series with the 4870/4870x2 not 4850.

  • mmmmmm that was a verry stupid comment lucas. nvidia has toooo many problems right now and one of them is u

  • I hope so, that i am one of Nvidia's problems. Nvidia has to force all their engeneers to make better High end card, and let others make basic products with their knowledge and knowhow (Ati Intel Matrox and others)

  • speacialy with all those faulty gpu nvidia has too lets hope. oh and play crysis at 25 AA oh wait u cant only ati can

  • no they cant lol nub

  • ATI's new card can really handle AA, in many tests you can actually gain fps by having it enabled! its crazy. also in alot of benchies the ati 4870 and 4870x2 performed the same with x8 antialiasing vs x4. = result

though nvidia have cuda enabled physx ;) so it's still a toss up between the two.

  • boreing :(

  • exactly

  • wow well no, look ati is just as good as nvidia. When you play any game nvidia normally has more fps but isnt better. My 4870 x2 is just as good as a gtx 280 but it get less fps. So the gist is same quality less FPS which means less power. Nvidia requires more power to have more fps.

  • haha

  • it lags a lot

  • Thats Nvidia and Directx10 in High Res!

  • get rid of the useless AA, wtf card do you have? physics are slow as crap, a dual core?

  • noob u have nice machinery but u just were too nooby to film it with a camera! XD

  • nope, its the AA16, not the webcam.

  • fraps FTW. :P

  • shitty pc u have

  • Because you got a SLI GTX280? That the only card that can run this in SLI.

  • your video its fucking lag shit!

  • this is AA Q16 on 4K res, Schweinsbraten am Biggrill?

Don't buy, we wait for the GTX280....

  • What do you think when he has 16xAA on??! huh???

  • Look at all that fps lag. Makes me want to RAGE.

    Also, your system is 1337.

  • keep waiting for the GTX280? Next Christmas......

  • i bet maxishine can beat this

  • Maxishine haha, he doesnt own a Big Flatpannel i think.

Only the GTX280 is faster, and we are all waiting and not buying!

  • yeah yeah, hey whats your graphics card?

  • 8800

  • 8800gtx? 8800ultra? 8800gt? 8800gts? 8800gs?

  • ultra i guess, why?

  • becouse an 8800ultra is the best for crysis (in my oppionion), but im sure the most of u guys thinks a 9800gx2 beats the shit outta 1 ultra....but it doesnt(but it will in SLi)so an ultra have the best capabilities. My Specs:

    Intel Core 2 Duo E6550

    Nvidia Geforce 8800GT

    3 GB RAM

    Asus P5b-E Motherboard

    Vista Home Premium 32bit

  • OMG you have exactly the same shit as me, is your GT an Alpha Dog Edition?

  • ehm..no i think its XFX

  • yeah i think so: the XFX alpha dog edition?

  • lol laggy noob

  • The funny thing is, I'm running this on my ThinkPad X20, yet it still looks as real as it would in the game.

  • if u havent noticed it lags anyway his setting are to high or he doenst have enough ram

  • everyone who film games with his cam is an idiot !!! Use a desktop record !!!

  • for fps decrese? noob

  • And you think the webcam is the reason that Q16 is not supported, hahahahaha noob!

Webcam recording takes less resourses than have VISTA GDI+ recording software, nobody sees the HD quality on this Youtube blured video channel.

  • Reading the description makes me correct you by the fact that the PC has always been the next gen gaming platform as it has always had better hardware then the others.

  • wow.. um.. 16xq.. hhaa.. thats a bitch.. even with a 9800gx2 that much AA gets like.. 25fps.

  • Nope, Quad Core2 and Nvidia 8 or 9 GTX (Sli) will be a good choise for 2008.

That what i ment, but not HD Gaming ready yet.

HD Gaming with AA Q16 in 2009?, the Geforce 100 and Intels NextGen Core2.

  • but is it 16xq? or 16ms?

cuz 16xq even with a 9 series.. is still a big hit.. because its the same card as the 8.. jus rebranded..(kidna like the Eagle Talon,(8800gs) Mitsubishi eclipse (Nv brand 8800gs, and Plymouth laser(9600GSO)(the only diff was the hood.)(in this case, the fan.)

lol. just like in the automotive industry.

  • The GTX280 is a new product, that can do the job. But stop comparing Cars and computers, cars are all the same, tjust like 100 years ago, only the Prius is a modern car, the rest is all the same........

  • Only the Prius? There are loads of cars which are hybirds now. Plus, Prius' aren't that economocal. You are better off with a small car like a Fiat Panda.

  • Fiat panda is like running DirectX 10 on your Trident. Sure they both can make it running (fix the drivers like intel onboard did), but will it fit todays needs........

  • I dunno about you guys but I can run Crysis on very high at 1440 900 with Vista 64bit an AMD 6400 X2 and an 8800 GTS 640 and 2 gigs of ram at ~30 fps.

You don't need that big of a beast of a computer to run Crysis on high. Mine cost under 1000 dollars.

  • lol NEVER
