In parkour, shoes do not make the person they can only help. I realy enjoyed this video and learned alot from it. I am trying to start combining my moves that i have learned and create flow and so far it's going great. Thank you for the information and i hope you keep it up.
@zwadloc hey i was wondering i can dash 4ft tall stuff easily because i can jump high but when i dashed someting about two feet high i hurt my wrist because im too high so how do i get where i can dash smaller stuff and be just a smooth as when i vault something higher
@dragon61rider ummmm...don't jump so high... Seriously though, you probably just need to lean back more. On a shorter obstacle it's hard to get the right angle since you are coming down on it. Try starting a little lower and leaning back more to get your hands on earlier and push you back up.
what is the move at 5:07? I've been unsuccessfully trying to figure it out for a few months and it looks really cool! but i can't find a tutorial for it :/
This guy definitly needs more credit than what people have given him! This needs at least 100,000 views i mean come onn this guy is AMAZING!!!!

I love this stuff. It's good low-impact, functional and effective parkour training. Fun for everyone! :-)

It's called a Crock. I can't find any tutorials on it but all you have to do it kick your leg around and jump. Super easy, just try it.
Glad you've finally made these, even for me they are cool.
