Is a CA like an RA? Live on the floor with the girls, ,plan socials, mediate arguments? You seem AWESOME at it! My RA sucks so bad. I don't even require much. I live in a single and I don't really care about the socials, but I would like prior notice to mandatory hall meetings and closing procedures! She puts up notices for socials and meetings hours before the event and never gives us handouts that every other floor gets. BAD RA!
Aww! Haha yeah They call us Community Advisors this year. Last year we were called Residential Advisors. I guess they want us to build communities in our buildings. I hope I'm awesome at it! I want this job again next semester because I love it so much!
Cool! I think my RA just does it because she gets money, because she doesn't put much time into it at all. I wish I could have my review back that they make you do at the beginning of the fall semester and mark her down. She shouldn't get paid to be mediocre when I KNOW there are a lot of girls out there who want the job at would actually care about it.
