Actually its not anything to get banned for.. technically its similar to a patch to edit things on your end, not alter anything else for others to see, just for your own pleasure. its an addon wow skin, non bannable really.

You have to change the patch file names. Like one would say "patch-S.MPQ" to say "Patch-S.MPQ" etc.
