The thing is God only aloud Angels to do 1 thing which is to only Obey His commends. But MEN???? God gave us too much. i think most Christians would help non Christians, look at how missionaries go to other cultures and learn their way of life just to tell them about Jesus. yes there were times where "Christians" forced conversion just like Islam did, but there were many more times when they spent a long time learning and respecting another culture and language just to translate the Bible ect. also look at the world's biggest charity organizations and in whose name they give.

Sounds to me like you dont hate religion at all, but just the people who use it to justify their whims/shortcomings. Islam commands all of it's followers to not divide amongst themselves, and as far as the rules of Islam are concerned - if someone isn't attacking you, you should treat them well. The Quran actually does command Muslims to be righteous, and one of the descriptions of being righteous in the Quran is to help travelers, orphans etc - doesnt mention faith requirements.
Nice point of view, but I don't think anyone should be a hypocrite and pretend to support someone's belief. The key answer here isn't support, it's simply respect. I think you make a lot of good points on the possible harms of religion. There are definitely Christians who wouldn't pee on a Muslim (and vice versa) if he was on fire and find some justification for it in scriptures. You love Arabic and you love the Quran, if you can read it you should understand it. Please read the Sunnah of Mohammad (s.a.w) in Sahih Bukhari and read the explanation of Quran in Tafsir Ibn Khatir you can find it on net. Then make your own choice in the end by putting Quran and Sunnah in mind.

The thing is God only aloud Angels to do 1 thing which is to only Obey His commends. But MEN???? God gave us too much. For example, many Muslims make the mistake when testifying " there is no God but God"
They will say "there is no God but Allah" when it is actually "there is no Allah (most high) but Allah (Most High)"

I completely understand what you're saying. Some Muslims/or any religion people are somewhat careful to do certain things that are clearly not the part of the religion. 1. They fear that they may offend God (being careful isnt a bad thing, is it?) 2. They may set bad example for their future generation, and their kids may start doing that just think my dad did this, so much be fine.

Well, the Qur'an sets up a worldview where non-muslims are viewed as the vilest of animals and it's clear that only muslims could ever be considered "innocent". In fact, their very non-Islamic ideas might cause the children of muslims to be tortured forever. Clearly this setting justifies slaughtering everyone else for preventive reasons.
And that is why Islam, and many other superstitions, are inherently dangerous.

Wow that's convenient... I'm sure nobody else thinks that way). In the end, the idea that having faith is a good thing is entirely bankrupt. I think because they know they do believe, but from what you stated that God asked the devil to prostrate to Adam, and that he didn't doesn't show that he doesn't believe but that he was and is disobedient. But the devil and the demons do believe in God and everything a Muslim must believe in order to be a Muslim. So being a muslim is more than just believing.

i think most Christians would help non Christians, look at how missionaries go to other cultures and learn their way of life just to tell them about Jesus. yes there were times where "Christians" forced conversion just like Islam did, but there were many more times when they spent a long time learning and respecting another culture and language just to translate the Bible ect. also look at the world's biggest charity organizations and in whose name they give.

Sounds to me like you dont hate religion at all, but just the people who use it to justify their whims/shortcomings. Islam commands all of it's followers to not divide amongst themselves, and as far as the rules of Islam are concerned - if someone isn't attacking you, you should treat them well. The Quran actually does command Muslims to be righteous, and one of the descriptions of being righteous in the Quran is to help travelers, orphans etc - doesnt mention faith requirements.

Nice point of view, but I don't think anyone should be a hypocrite and pretend to support someone's belief. The key answer here isn't support, it's simply respect. We should respect different beliefs (if non-violent) and no one should feel offended if someone doesn't want to celebrate something they simply don't believe in.

I think you make a lot of good points on the possible harms of religion. There are definitely Christians who wouldn't pee on a Muslim (and vice versa) if he was on fire and find some justification for it in scriptures. Where I think you go wrong is when you take that poor behavior and pin it to religion in the same false way these jerks do. From the videos I've seen of yours, I don't think you'd personally be in much danger of falling into those patterns were you to become a religious convert

Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

Coran 4:84. Then fight in Allah's cause - Thou art held responsible only for thyself - and rouse the believers (to fight). It may be that Allah will restrain the fury of the Unbelievers; for Allah is the strongest in might and in punishment. I'M NOT CHRISTIAN BUT I ADMIRE JESUS. HE NEVER PREACHED WAR, FIGHTING. When you "fight" poverty, do you go to the housing projects & attack the people who live there?
When you "fight" racism, do you go around beating up KKK members?
"Fight" means "to combat", ignoramus!
So, in the context in which you're providing, "fight" means to spread & propagate Islam to whomever you may come across - that does NOT mean murder whoever isn't a Muslim!

In this context, what is being talked about is the spreading of Islam, & the destroying of polytheism ("Then fight in Allah's cause").
What is being meant by "only responsible for yourself", is that once you have relayed the message (Islam), then your duty as a Muslim is done...that's all you can do as a Muslim : admonish.
Wherever you get "murder" from there is beyond me!
