@mrbloodshugar well, yes. if you never played dmc2, then deffinately so. weather you have heard it's a bad game or not is irrelevant, you have to judge for yourself, and the version of dmc3 that comes with this is the special edition that let's play the vergil story line. so, those that reason alone, i would say so. but then again, i haven't played the vergil missions, so i look forward to that

@KillerKahn they're the same as Dante's missions only you have different abilities and you start with all the weapon Vergil acquires especially the cut scenes but still it's worth playing as Vergil only because it makes the game more challenging with out guns, power up for your weapons and only certain abilities but that doesn't include airhike.

@LividLeon the bottom line is, trophies don't add replay value. your own personal taste does. if you played and completed a game, and didn't like it, you'd return it to the shop. if, however, you loved it, you'll continue to play it. over and over again. you don't need a trophy/achievement to tell you to complete a devil may cry on dante must die mode.

I think I may be the few people that really don't give a shit about these HD releases. Its still a ps2 game, and its looks fine on 480p, because that's the resolution the games were built on. Its almost as if the HD is going to make textures look overscaled and blurry, and you'll see every hard edge on the polys. I already own these games you know, so Idk.

@darkiscoolz yes, Dante rarely spoke and when he did it wasn't his regular pretentious douchebag attitude that made him so unique. Combat was same but the camera would just go bonkers because there were a lot of small corridor sections. The chick with 2 swords (I can't remember her name) wasn't memorable and her play style was largely the same to Dante's so it was redundant. Story was not interesting and overall compared to DMC when it came out was just a bad game. Boss battles were cool tho.

@AAFrancoV Dmc 2's combat system was ass, and overall the game just wasn't as much fun as 1 or 3. Plus it was dead easy, which completely goes against everything dmc stands for. I don't know why people hate dmc so much since... you know.... no one has actually played it yet, but thats another argument for another day. Ill prolly pick this pack up just so i can finish dmc 3 since 1 prolly won't have aged well and 2 was ass 9 years ago.

@UltimateHibz well, i'm pretty sure the first DMC was on a CD-ROM, so that's a little under 700mb, and with DMC2 and 3 both on DVDs, that's 4.7GB X 3 discs (2 for DMC2, 1 for DMC3). But, as with a lot of PS2 games, they didn't use all that space, so cut the total in half for about 7 or so GBs, which would definitely fit on the dual-layer DVD-ROMs used by the 360, and with the PS3s bluray discs at around 26GB of space, you'd have enough space for DMC4. ...or you could just say they squeezed...
