Changing orientation is not a question. Over the last 4 decades, it has been proven to usually be unsuccessful, causing great harm to the person. If it was actually possibly, would we have any gay pastors leading these homophobic churches?

And why "pray away the gay" anyway?  increasing numbers of Christian churches embrace and celebrate gay people.

As a Christian I am utterly disturbed at the way these people go about twisting the bible to support their agenda of intolerance. Lisa Ling, there is no "gay lifestyle."There are gay people that live in a variety of ways: single, dating, partnered, married, parents,.......just like the variety straight people live. LGBT persons like straight persons have lives not "lifestyles." The difference is that many LGBT people have to deal with the homophobia and homoloathing expressed by many other people and institutions.

Lisa ding-a-Ling did less 'investigation' than a junior high school journalist. In interviews and in the after show she kept saying she was willing to engage Exodus with "an open mind." Now WTF does that mean? Is she going to do a non-judgmental segment on Holocaust deniers and go in with an "open mind"? Is she going to visit Uganda to 'investigate' the "Kill the Gays" bill with an open mind? Ling is a fraud.

If you want to know what Exodus International believes and teaches join them and you will see they speak out both sides of their mouth-strictly to deceive. I have prevented preteen youth from taking their life who were led to believe the lies of Exodous International.
