how do we stop a drug war?.. theres only one way and its legalizing all drugs. how do we stop a drug war?.. theres only one way and its legalizing all drugs. The drop in tourist in baja border towns is not due to the violence, its due to the new regulations that requires U.S. citizens to present a passport when entering back to the U.S. Also, mexico does have a problem with violence but is it as bad as they say? If it wasn't for lenient gun laws in the US (for automatic weapons for example) and the demand of drugs by US citizens I'm sure the situation would be A LOT different than it is right now. What these cartels are doing is profiting massively by giving the "supply" to the "demand" while using tools purchased in the U.S. Guns and $ go south, Drugs come north.
