And the get up kids don't seem to have any talent. They are just another whiny little emo kid band. Which is, pathetic. Maybe they should get voice lessons. Or do a different kind of style because their music, and other bands like them sound the same. And quite frankly I'm sick of it. Personally they sound like shit. I don’t know what other bands out there really have the same sound as the get up kids. Please name a few because i can almost guarantee that they got their style from the get up kids.

@ScaringSophie, in an interview matt pryor, the lead singer for tguk said in refrence to current music, especially bands influenced by them, "If this is the world we helped create, then I apologise." and right after that, about those bands, "If a band gets huge and they say we inspired them, great. The problem is most of them aren't very good." so i think it's safe to say it isn't necessarily a good thing.

It seems I keep ending up being the first to tell everyone that the Kids got back together in January and have been touring extensively since. I saw them in New York City with "Matzoh's Balls" which turned out to be Brand New playing a guerilla show.
