First of all with all due respect that lie brought to the world by psychologist Abraham Maslow self actualization/self-esteem architect, Even he early on recognized the error of that counsel and said of it, "I smell insanity and death". Death because he understood that someone with evil intent brought to a higher level of self-esteem might do great harm to himself and those he/she surrounds. Might not be a problem to someone with a greater pupose in life.
