After attending the Kenya Vision 2030 conference, it came to my understanding that there were some key issues that will need to be re-written since it wasn't well defined while written: One of the major issue that will affect Kenyans in the Diaspora was the Dual Citizenship. Would urge everyone to get to understand it since not too many things made alot of sense, Attorney Regina Njogu mentioned some issues that need to be reviewed.

it will be good but it will not stop people from moving to nairobi especially now that we have the eac bussiness is better in nairobi due to the high population ,congestion that they are trying to end , people may want to develope rural areas but you can only go to places where your tribe is dominant because the constitution is not going to end peoples mentality, int he US they ended racial descrimination 40 years ago but it has never ended because the minds have never changed

We have no alternative but to decentralize Kenya/Nairobi. We can't have everything/everybody in Nairobi. Every change must always be resisted. Let us go ahead, and make corrections later after implementation. This devolution ought to have taken place in 1960's but the bad messenger with the good message messed up resulting in rejection. Now is the time we devolve from Central systems.
