I hear his speeches and he seems to truely understand what is wrong with the world. He speaks with passion in his heart, but can one honest man truely change a country overrun by thieves and criminals set in their ways of using our political system to increase their own wealth? I pray for you Obama to rise to the moral position that is required for you to challenge these curruptions of our system and also that God be with you and your administration in doing so.

this collapse of our econ was planned. WE do not make anything. I challenge anyone out there to go to wall mart and spend 1000 $ on US goods. no food at the same time our products arent sold overseas. We cant make money selling paper back and forth. So instead of blaming someone look in the mirror. And think about it when you r buying a microwave for 30$.dont get mad when it brakes and gives your kids cancer. oh yea stop wating your money on drugs. shop at mom n pops buy USA

Why don't people shut up about he's not doing enough for the economy, how the hell can it change in just a few months after a man that was in power for 8 years done nothing to correct, instead of placing blame, bring up solutions in solving the problem. His over seas trips are great to boost Americas image thus would help in trade and other influences that BUSH ruined. You cannot start a business with out advertisement. That is exactly what obama is doing to help the economy.

he said HE would change it. he said that unemployment would not reach 8%, well now it has gone above that. meanwhile, he keeps proposing MORE spending. it's crazy!

if you objected to bush's spending then you should be objecting even more to obama's spending because he has made Bush look like scrooge.

Africa is kind of far from indepndent democracy, we're stuck in control mechanisms that would not give way to free press... We see people taking control of destinies, however there still repression from the top down. We still have a long way to go (decades upon decades) that's with more bloodshed but ultimately we shall get it right but it's good that the US president is half African to educate Africans because if he wasn't, no one would listen as they would view it as imposition!!

obama is bankrupting the US. he has no idea what he is doing. maybe ghana would like him to be thier president. they can have him. we can't afford obama here.

obama has got to go. i just read a report that unemployment may reach as high as 20% in michigan. obama's policies are going to finish off the auto industry.

It's not obama is personally a bad person, it's that his economic advisers aren't giving him advice that will actual solve any of our (many) problems. We need a radical change in the white house (and congress) ASAP. The status quo isn't working.

the policies of the past 30 years are responsible for the current economic crisis, and mr. obama happens to share some of those ideologies - that of gov interfering with the private sector. obama has NOT fixed the mess, and has only made it worse. he has spent more $ then all previous presidents combined, from 1789 til now. you can have obama.

Oooops, I was in by no means refering to you personally. I just think that Obama came to power at a time when the world economy was already on the brink of recession caused by years of mis management. He might have shared the ideology of his predecesors, however he voted against the invasion of Iraq which literally drained the US economy. He has been left with the previous eight years of Bushonomics, I believe that he is working as part of the solution to the state of the world economy though.

no offense taken. actually, obama and the policies of his party are directly responsible for the economic mess that has hurt the global economy. i do not think obama is a "bad person," i am sure he means well, but he is ruining the economy of the USA. unemployment may reach 20% in the state of michigan. he has spent more $ then all previous presidents of the USA combined from 1789 until Bush. it's terrible what he is doing 2 us and our families!
