Have traffic engineers considered placing some "guide" rail there to prevent vehicles from dipping into that culvert there? Always fun to watch these types of videos; shows a lot of the situations that happen every day on America's roadways. To think that most of these accidents could be prevented; just be gentle with the steering wheel and "leave yourself an out". That's a pretty cool job you have; all one has to do is wait there until someone makes a mistake. Then you can provide witness info!

Really truth is Driver training and getting a license in this country is just too easy, Basically if you can get through the door and up to the counter and grunt you get a incense. I've hydroplaned a few times before, but I had good all season tires with a good amount of tread left......take your foot off the gas, DON'T hit the brakes or jerk the wheel and your fine.
