Turns out that someone put a rotor button on backwards (and broke the key that holds it in place) and because of that, starting the car fouled up the spark plugs, and once i corrected the rotor button, still did the same... so cleaned the spark plugs and now she runs like a treat!
Well i havnt tested both coils, but one thing i did do, was unplug one and it sounded the same, plugged it back in, and unplugged the other, and it wouldnt fire at all... so i dunno.. also think there might have been load on the cam, and when i took the belt off, the load turned it a degree or 2...

Both coil packs are ok, thinking it might be something to do with the Dizzi or Rotor buttons...
